Day 5 off cigarettes and tonight my biggest test yet.

A house full of drunk women playing AWFUL music and annoying me while I watch Match of the Day and I'm thinking God I really need a cigarette and I start vaping my brandy 24mg and feel like I'm actually smoking but not really.

I am amazed every day at how vaping has got me off cigs. I don't feel like it's a substitute at all I just get as much from it as I did smoking in fact more because the flavour is great. I just wanted to give a huge shout out for vaping as if I was going cold turkey from cigs tonight would have driven me up the .......ing wall.

Vaping 1, Cigs 0.

"It's all downhill from here" means it's easy. Like walking downhill vs. uphill.

Conversely if you say "things went downhill fast," then that means things got worse.

If you're fighting an uphill battle then you're in for a lot of work.

One of them is my future wife, one of them is her friend, the other is her friends daugher. I am not displeased they are really nice people but women play AWFUL music when sober and music that comes straight from Beelzub's bottom when drunk.

I am not entirely sober myself but am convinced it was a reasonable test all things considered )
