I have had my FreE-Volt VV 2.0 for 5 days and it is dead. It was vaping fine and then started to shut off mid-vape after 3 or so seconds and now will not turn on. If I take the battery out and put it back in it will flash red like it should; however, it will not turn on at all. Seems like some kind of short. Now I am at work with a nice nic fit to deal with 
This was my first big purchase after being disappointed with the short life of most batteries during my last year and a half of vaping. The only battery that has lasted me more than 6 months was discontinued, so I splurged and bought the VV 2.0 after seeing a good review of it on YouTube. I am not sure what the company will do because they only offer refunds or exchanges with in 14 days of purchase, and it is now day 15
Any suggestion or tips would be greatly appreciated.
