First of all let me thank you guys for the good feedback and support lately. If I could just reach out and help 1 person get started or learn something about building it's all worth it. Jigsaw build Dual 22g 2wrap/2splits-2splits(offset)/2wrap using a 1/8 I.D bit This was definitely a fun but a bit difficult build in a different way than the extensions. I popped two coils the first time because the bends got fatigued. So torch once to anneal the wire and it should soften up a bit. Started with normal two wraps then took my pliers and bent a 90 degree elbow while my drill bit is still inside. Proceeded to bend or fold back. Then re bend 90 degrees towards the flow of the original wrap. Spaced it out a bit and did the same process. The more you practice bending the easier it gets! Continued to wrap it around the bit then start the same process facing the other way offsetting the earlier bend in between. Could sound a bit confusing to explain by words so I've decided to just make videos on how to do the bend technique and the coil. So to summarize this is just a dual using two wires with a continuous wrap . One lead on negative, one lead on positive. To those who wants to try it and have more questions hmu or wait for my bending techniques vid. Thank you again to @the__vapors and @the_vaporsmerced fam for the atty feature. It took just about 40 min max to coil. The first two I popped took the longest till I got it down. Thanks for checking it out vapefam and checkout the fire clip. A lil firing clip of the Jigsaw. This won't be the last as I will keep improving this build until I get the results I want. Vapors doesn't shootout like a standard wrap because there are too many spaces in between. But it def does still work and vape well. What I would change for the next Jigsaw build would probably be a smaller I.D. I have ideas in my head and best believe they're commin!!! This is just the baby jigsaw! Goodnight vapefam thanks for all the support If you want to check out more just peep them at facebook.com/deedupdex or instagram.com/deedupdex

Very cool stuff! Seeing the coils without the wick reminds me of the A-10 Warthog.

Wow you guys are so dope thanks for sharing those pics of your builds with the split coils! Thank you guys very much!!! I will be in ECC ontario this year. Please let me meet you all!!

Look forward to meeting you. How will we recognize you?

Will you be the man with a boutonniere on his lapel of 11 carnations twisted together in a double helix sculpture?

Splitsquaredbuild on the @hobo_customs Hobo rda. Quad 22g 3/split/3 wrap with an approx 7/64 I.D This was a fun build. I have these tiny pliers with a flat tip. I used the tip as a measuring tool to have even bends lengths or else they will not align properly!! It's pretty much a modified split coil version but in a square orientation all alround. I found it proper to build it on the Hobo Atty as it has very cool square posts. Same process as split coils but you just utilize the square bends instead of coiling. Too bad one of the squares kind of kinked after the test fire and adjustments. There's a myth that resistance is affected by having too many bends. Unless you are changing the cross sectional of the wire, or the length then the resistance will remain the same. Now severe bends are "kinks" but the thickness of the 22ga makes up for the internal disruption of the bends thus not allowing a specific hotspot after adjustments! Thank you guys for tuning in and I'll post the quick fire vid in a few. I hope to develop this build as well. I get tons of questions why some of these builds I try doesn't perform to its maximum potential. It's because almost all of these out of the box builds are still in its baby stages and only time will cure as we get better and advance to better the builds. I mean even today, we are still trying to create and looking for better improvements to the industry standard micro coils right!? Anyway thanks again for peeping the build I enjoyed making it and sharing with you all.

Deed,

Tried the circle coil with the square U bends. Just did dual. Came out ok for the first time trying. 24ga kanthal. Produces very nice clouds. Threaded cotton through the top and made a bed at the bottom of the well. Cut the top with just a little overhang.

OK, very interested in the "bend" method going on here... any chance at a quick explanation of technique?

Wrap the coil two times and have the legs facing opposite. Bottom and top. Pull the wire tight. On the top leg make a 90 degree bend to the right along the tool you are using to wrap the coil. Then bend it to form that square shape. Hold the square part and now wrap the coil 2 more times. After use some pliers and wrapped the square around the bit. Tidy everything up. Took me about 30 mins. I pre bend the coils before actually installing them to the post.

I'm on my second session and this thing is major vapor. Better than my quad parallel I did.

I like it so much I did another in the PlumeVeil. This thing heats quick and produces mad vapor. Thanks Deed for the inspiration.

Getting ready. Pre bend, test fire

Test fire. This is my drip tip for the atty. I counter bore the top and bottom. Helps with juice.

Hey G,

I've been doing basically the same wicking but, I'm looking for something more. Is there a link for the Iteo method?
