Ahem. Someone needs to do some housekeeping.

I was writing re a Deal & Steal he posted. It's for a mod which, according to the manufacturer's site has "Fashionable shape with delicate curving forms to catch customers"

Cleared some space. Now pondering if that was a wise move... :p

When I was growing up we had a Husky just like that, blue eyes and all. She did put on the pounds over the years and was probably a little rounder in the middle than she should have been.

Last doggie was getting a little chubby so I took the doggie treats she loved (strong smelling stuff) and put them in a container with Oral Care dog food and let them sit for a couple of days. She then thought they were treats.

Eventually I didn't have to the smelly treats.

Genius! But you have to be with some dogs. We had a boxer who got a raw egg on his "breakfast" every day. Every now and then I would sneak and add the shell. No matter how finely I crushed the shell, he was capable of eating the entire bowl of food, but leave every teensy bit of egg shell behind.

And yet, if it had been a chicken bone, which also has calcium, he would have gladly eaten it. (I grew up with dogs so, when I first got birds, I used to pull bones out of their mouths. Now I just give them to them.)
