If you're feeling dehydrated then get some gatorade or powerade, whichever, and drink it. A drink like that should replenish whatever electrolytes you've depleted from 1) dehydration, or 2) washing them out with too much water. Happy Vaping!

Ps. Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing sometimes ;).

If you feel like you are drinking water all day long but yet the symptoms don't ever go away... Then you may have a PG Allergy like me. I thought it was just dehydration at first but after a while suddenly my lips were swollen and felt raw and horrid. I would say try some Max VG blends of e juice. And just drink plenty of water. Pay attention to the signs your body gives you :)

I honestly never keep track of how much water I drink. It's my ADB (All Day Beverage) so I always have a bottle or glass of water with me. Been like that for several years, even before I started vaping.

I wouldn't sweat quantities; they vary for everyone based on temperature, humidity, and activity level (sorry, the "eight glasses a day" does NOT apply equally to all people) but if you're feeling dry, you probably are.

The chemical reaction of vg/pg although it creates water vapor, it does dehydrate. You do need to increase water intake when vaping. You will notice other dehydration features other that headache. Dry tongue and throat will be normal. A tickle in the chest and throat, possibly resulting in sore throat ect. These are first signs of dehydration. Drink some water!
