I have derringer and velocity. A Kennedy in the cart -- haven't decided whether to buy.

Derringer is tiny and produces excellent flavor. Velocity can be tricky to build for best flavor but is a champ for clouds. Kennedy known for clouds . . . .

I can't see how any of them would be a problem on Xcube 2.

tricky? meaning it's hard to get the coil right?
i am new to the vaping scene man... will this be a problem for me? or is it possible for me to learn?
i just did a dragon coil on my subtank mini... was fun building it and... wow it is indeed different from the pre made rba coil that comes with it... 24g kanthal 0.5ohm...

If you like experimenting a little and are willing to use educated guesses to try various coil positions for exactly where to place the coils for the vape you want, you will like it. If you just want to throw a build in it and go, and expect great flavor, it might not be for you. You seem to like to experiment so I'd say go for it. It is a great atty.

did you just put a bulb inside? omg that's cool

I used one of the led lites that came with my Deadmodz Atomizer....It came with 3 led lites and made to use 1 bulb at a time in the deadmodz atomizer.

I thought why can't I try these lites in my other atomizers and so installed this--- led bulb----into the Velocity I bought yesterday for 25.00 with tax at local Vape shop.

It said on the deadmodz site that these bulbs were made to work in an atomizer and 5 volts was the maximum they would take before burning out.

I don't really believe they are special---and I wanted to try other ---led Lites--like Radio Shack has just to see what would happen but have not had a chance to try

them yet............this is just a gimmick but a lot of fun to have....it gets a look from people..........pic of my deadmodz atomizer dripper below for reference that

had the lites with it..................

The led lite is very easy to hook up----just put one leed into positive post and other leed into negative post and cut off the excess wire that sticks out and

your off to the races..........hahahahahah......doesnot seem to get warm or melt or hurt anything-----just takes up room inside of the dripper......

Very easy to install coils, started building rda' about two months ago. It is more like coil position for best flavor and clouds.

If you like experimenting a little and are willing to use educated guesses to try various coil positions for exactly where to place the coils for the vape you want, you will like it. so the coiling part is easy, just that need to get it to the right position for best flavor yea?
anyway, can i ask, if position affects, does it means there is a position for best flavor and a position for best clouds?
or both are in fact the same position and more clouds means more flavor?

I haven't used the other 2,so can't compare, but i get great flavor and pretty good clouds from my Derringers.I just put my coils as close to centered on each side as i can get them, then as close to the outside edge as i can without touching anything.I get a bit of spitting and popping at first, but once the coil and wicks break in,it goes away, and all i get is a fantastic vape after that.

Getting the velocity to chuck clouds is like getting a bear to poop in the woods. That's what it does lol. For more flavor the coils and airflow need to be just right to maximize airflow directly around the coils and minimize airflow bypassing that direct flow pattern.

On the derringer if you place to coils closer to the air flow ring, you won't get as much spit back in your mouth.

Yeah, that's exactly how i do mine.I get a few pops the first few draws, but as soon as the coils get glazed over a bit,the popping goes away, and it's just a great vape after that haha.

Derringer was great flavor.....maybe too much......as I was always getting a mouth full of juice since derringer is so small but your experience mite be different..
I haven't really had that issue with the 2 derringers i run,but i have a Rogue that seems like i'm sucking on a straw haha.Every time i take a draw off it,i get a good amount of juice come through, because it collects on the inside top of the cap, then the airflow just pushes it right to the drip tip,so it doesn't get much use until i can figure out a way to not drink the juice haha.

I'm still kinda new to RDAs. I've fiddled with a couple over the past nine months. Just picked up my first Velocity, and I'm pretty amazed. I'm not normally a "kloud kid", but a simple dual-coil 28g 0.88 ohms, I'm making more rain than I have since I've started vaping. Flavor-wise, I have no complaints. I'm running one on a bottom-feed mechanical mod, and the other on an iStick 50 (at only 25W)
