What I find interesting is that the original poster posted this twice, in two different threads. Saying that the end is near.

I have only seen a handful of seizures in the last few weeks so I'm sure other suppliers have gear for sale without the pending doom.

Granted this will be a major issue soon, but the sky has not fallen yet. I'm sure we will see more issues soon but I have still received my packages from overseas. I am waiting on one package and I'm a little concerned but Armageddon is not hear yet.

Instead of personal rants and ramblings of dissent, or unsupported rose-colored views of the situation, we'd be better served with posts of a statement from the authorities. Those are all that deserve discussion.

I know TB, but he offered truth in two other places. In the thread regarding the Denver article, I posted a link to my site in defense for myself against a lazy reporter making horrible claims and you whipped me for it. Is this not a sales pitch? I didn't call him out in the other two threads he posted because he didn't put in a sales pitch.

It seems that its not an FDA thing, but a DHL thing. Stop using them, suggest a different carrier to the supplier when you order. As far as I know there hasnt been any law passed stopping these from being delivered in or out of the US.

I respect your input and opinion regarding this topic. I also think you saw the writing on the wall while the rest of us had our heads in the sand. However I think the OP would have done fine with posting this recording in one thread and not pushing the fact you better stock up and "I have what you need" pitch. Granted I think the recording shows that Customs is going to take a active roll in seizures. However I have not seen a lot of reports here from members saying their shipment was seized. The OP's post almost reminded me of the sale of gas masks right after 9/11 and how the public fed on those fears.

I am not trying to start a rucess! I don't have the stock right now to benefit from a frenzy anyway silly! I am sorry I did post it in the wrong place and already sent a PM to have it deleted. Sometimes these forums can be more entertaining than a soap opera! Geeesh!

Should of PM'd him. I worked for Unisys Corp for years in electronic Engineering, but for the life of me I will never understand Chat rooms and Forums. I just say it like I mean it. That just might be the case. I got a shipment of liquid in yesterday via EMS. It was marked "atomizing fluid" on the documentation. Maybe I was lucky, but I don't think customs even looked at it. The package had not been opened and resealed like some of my other shipments that came via UPS.

We received a package sent EMS this morning, and one day before yesterday, also EMS. They had not been opened, and I am not sure that they even went through customs at all because they got here in a very very short time from overseas. Not saying that there wont be problems, but for now, things seem to be getting through without issue.

I agree. I just threw this out when I found it. It was the first Vocalized statement I had heard from a shipping service.
I have been reading up on the FDA website, and have found that unfortunately they way it was stated is that they can, if they so choose, stop these devices period. But I think we all know that. I think it is time to reflect on all the hard work that people like the moderators of this forum, which is overall a very important asset!
Now I think it is time for us all to direct our frustrations and channel them towards the positive, and maybe brainstorm some ideas?
