I got a shipment of M401 cartridges 4 boxes of cartridges !!! Customs opened it up and put the green tape all over it this is how i knew they wen inside the boxes.

The funny thing is the Cartridge packages clearly say *e-Cigarette* on them

I got my package to my door the next morning

funny how they went through the box and it was clear
this was for e-cigarettes and these were all cartridges
and they let them go through

Now I think it is time for us all to direct our frustrations and channel them towards the positive, and maybe brainstorm some ideas?

Idea #1

STOP SUPPORTING THE MANUFACTURERS AND SUPPLIERS THAT CONTINUE TO FORCE FDA REGULATORY INVOLVEMENT IN THE US MARKET

Maybe when they stop being financially rewarded for causing this mess, they'll be forced out of business, leaving us with a more responsible group of Manufacturers and suppliers.

I for one have not, and will not spend a penny with a supplier who continues to make the type of claims which have forced the FDA's hand.

Unfortunately, It appears there is no way to get through to the stubborn, thick skulled US Suppliers that insist on continuing with a Marketing scheme that has invited FDA oversight and actually forced the FDA to address unsubstantiated Health claims of their E-Cig Products as being A Healthier way to smoke! Or suppliers that continue to make claims regarding thier E-Cig products being used as a cessation device.

It is simply irrational to assume no responsibility and take no corrective measures when thier marketing schemes fly in the face of mandates which REQUIRED an FDA investigation and formal response to thier speculative claims.

That just might be the case. I got a shipment of liquid in yesterday via EMS. It was marked "atomizing fluid" on the documentation. Maybe I was lucky, but I don't think customs even looked at it. The package had not been opened and resealed like some of my other shipments that came via UPS.

I like this. You see, it's the creative methods that will work. We just need to begin thinking out of the box and putting our resources together. So I say avoid DHL and rename the product descriptions for customs?

Then again it may be a bad idea to say what works on these forums...:sneaky:

Wow! This is really interesting. Don't think the sky is falling, but I agree there is a lot of heat being generated by health claims. Have not had any problems with shipments. DHL called once and been clear sailing from then on. It might have to do with the type of business license I have. So far so good.
