Diamond batt issues

I have 2 that will not work have adj the post and cleaned them both. I got them as replacement for bad batts I had( love the V4L), so I don't think i can get them swapped. Wanted to know if any of you had repaired any of these? I also have one that will not shut off it starts without a cart on it, hits the 20 sec cutoff then starts all over until dead. Thanks in advance

Jello (sir or Ms.?) welcome to the group. As for your question, they didn't work right out of the package correct? If that's the case, even though they are replacement batts, contact cs and let them know. From what I can tell, that sounds like either juice got into the batt causing the switch to be stuck, or it got dropped somewhere down the line with the same result (that's how I lost my first king diamond batt, dog knocked it out of my hand and it fell hard on tile). I hope this helps...

Hi Jello: Welcome. My beautiful purple diamond battery started staying on without any carto attached. V4L customer service is sending me a new one. They will stand by their product like they say.

They always have. I have an open ticket on the support site but feel as though it is kinda asking a little much as they have already replaced them previously. Thanks for the quick response. This forum is a god send as a 20 year smoker it has been great to find a place so welcoming. With people so willing to help.

Hi Jello, congrats on your wedding! My friend and I are having the same issues with the diamond series. Between us, we have at least 8 that are doing the same thing.

Peeps (sir or Ms.?) the switch on the king diamonds is very sensitive to juice and drops from what I've experienced. Not sure if they're one if the improvements that have been hinted at because sadly the same reason why the switch is so spot on is the same reason it's fragile....

Don't feel like you are asking too much of V4L if you need a replacement for a replacement. Happy customers and family members mean more to the V4L staff than a few batteries. They take good care of us. I work at a place that does have some ways that really do good for my customers(some ways not so much) we would be happy to do the same thing if it's what you needed to be taken care of. So you're all good

Thank you, Morandir sir. I've only used pre-filled cartos with these batts. I'm not sure about my friend but since she's a new vaper, I'm assuming that she only uses the pre-filled as well.

No problem Ms. Peeps. I know there have been a couple of instances where the prefills have leaked, but that's rare.... Hope you can get it figured out. Have you tried giving it a decent whack on a table edge? That has revived a couple of mine...
