I'm not quite sure what you mean with oxidation, the white powder that really is Ti oxide if you dry-burn Ti really hard (white glowing coil) or the colors the wire goes through when pulsing it softly?

I clean fresh wire with alcohol before coiling, and dry-burn both new and used coils to a red-orange glow before wicking. New coils get a blue-greenish color from that, old coils will have a light-greyish color afterwards, and I decide by the "darkness" of grey if I want to reuse that coil or go for a new one. I have a relatively heavy used coil that dates back to December, but with a fresh wick it vapes like new.

Uhm, you might guess I'm not concerned at all about discussion about residues on the coil, to dry-burn or not to dry-burn etc..

No white stuff in normal vaping "operations". The grey color I get on the coil after a dry-burn quite possible might come from Ti oxide starting to build up, but I don't think it's relevant. Before I start worrying about that, I'd rather think about over-flavored liquids that gunk up a coil with some dark honey colored goo within 5ml

I also have to report a 2380 that's taken a swim and survived. This unit seems to be sealed pretty well. Waited 5 days to put abattery back in and she's vaping like a champ.

They only sell the 2380T, it was labeled just 2380 on their site originally, but they were always selling the 2380T

I don't want to pay the higher exchange rate between euro and pound. If it was only sold in the UK then sure, i would have no choice, but i don't want to spend $40-50 more dollars just to have it now. I can wait for other places who ship to US.
