Room for everybody, right?! Hey, thelook, I have a ton of cute clothes I can't fit into. I have two wardrobes, possibly three :)! The one I'm wearing now -- I'll give you a hint, gals -- it's verrrrrrry........s t r e t c h y. Anyway, as someone named Bill once said...one day at a time....and...progress not perfection. I did drink my water today and with that I bid you goodnight and shall slumber guiltlessly.

YES. And you will weigh less without your head, so double the benefit!!! :)

(((((hug))))) Mary Kay, sounds DELICIOUS.

I'm still drinking my water (my goal for the week) and will weigh and measure tomorrow and come up with a new goal for the week.

Yes, Look, standing doesn't count, nor does tasting while you're cooking, eating off someone else's plate, or any food sample at Costco -- this is all absolutely 0 calories. I am going to write a book on this phenomenon.

Hi everyone

Lets see I stopped smoking and a year later I suddenly put on 40lbs in under 4 months, went to the doctor and realized for whatever reason my thyroid took a nose dive. Started on a natural thyroid pill and watching what I eat for the most part just have balanced meals and don't skip breakfast anymore. I'm down 38lbs now, I try to walk 3 1/2 miles a few times a week now and do my best to stick to water, although I will have a coke now and again. I do not do any diet or fake sugar foods. Just trying to be overall healthy with all I eat.

Alway thought people were crazy when they harped on breakfast but it really does help you lose weight, I don't even think it matters what you eat as long as its just a portion of food.

Weight loss is so hard for women :(.

Keep up the good work ladies and be proud of yourselves.

Hi Ladies:

If you don't mind, I'd like to join you as well. I have about 30 lbs I'd like to lose. My brother is getting married next September and I'm in the wedding party so I figure I have about 10 months.

I already eat pretty good but have to get my .... in gear with the exercise! I kind of started today by taking the dogs on a mile walk around a near by pond. I'm hoping to do it again tomorrow along with a great cardio dvd that I have.

Hi MaryKay!

Thanks for the welcome :)

The DVD is a set called Slim in 6. I used it a few years a go and lost 40 lbs with it but then got out of the routine and never managed to get back into it. :(

I tried going to the gym for a while, but its just not my thing. I would always find an excuse not to go. Haha. With the DVDs I really have no excuse so I'm hoping to get back on top of everything.
