Hello Fellow Warriors. Well, had a good week. My goal was to drink my 64 oz of water and that went swimmingly (literally). I weighed and measured today (well, yesterday) and had lost inches, but gained a 1/2 pound, don't ask me why. As the medical professional I am (not) it is probably because maybe I could take in fewer calories or move more. I am, however, satisfied. This week, I will include the water again and add in the old 2 mile run 3x a week.

Welcome to the new ladies, the more the merrier, yes. That exercise DVD sounds interesting, may give that a look!

Happy Daze, pretty girls.

OK my cold is gone and I start my diet tomorrow. I need to lose 20lbs in 5 weeks. Gonna start with 50 crunches in the morning and the ab circle pro in the evening, drink lots of water and only veggies durning the day and a normal dinner in the evening. Gonna cut it down to 1 soda a day. I usually drink Mt. dew all day so don't wanna get the caffine headache thing goin. Think I got a chance?

Monkey- you inspire me! getting back on the right track RIGHT NOW...and remember scales lie, it is how you feel that counts!

Kellie- Glad you are feeling better, of course you have a chance...good luck and DO not starve yourself!!

I won't starve myself I really wanna do this. I also find that snacking on popcorn poped in a pan (yes the ols fashion way) with veg oil and no butter is pretty satisfying for me. I love popcorn. I gotta try that tasty vapor caramel popcorn. Soda is my biggest problem and I hate diet soda, I have tried every kind and it just leaves a nasty after taste and I hate flavored water so poland spring here I come lol. Gotta finsh my mt.dew today as long as it's not in the house I'll be fine. I work in a inst. kitchen so lost of veggies aval. I love baby carrots

I have these reuseable bags for the supermarket and the cleark overstuffed them. Mike was mowing and wasn'rt availible to help me. So I tried getting 3 of them in the house alone at one time cause it was ready to storm. All that to say I fell and I am so sore! Thank goodness I have good bones and fell on one of the bags..can we say flatbread?
So much for walking today.

Mary Kay!!! Blessings, girl. I have done a similar little dance, but wasn't as lucky and broke an elbow. Yes, they call me "Grace." Speedy healing. Maybe you know about Arnica pills and cream -- they really take care of the bruising.

Congrats to all of the successes here! I'm muddling along my week, drinking water and getting out for a 2mi/walk-run 3x this week. Today's Day 2 (and I kind of like it) amazing what a little fresh air will do!

Oh Mary Kay! I'm glad your ok - better to have switched bread than a broken bone. I hope you feel better soon!!

Congrats akingsley!! 2 lbs that's great

Thanks! Its not much but its a start...

I started my DVD yesterday and man am was I sore today - of course it didn't help that my office is on the second floor so I spent all day running up and down stairs. But I did it again when I got home so, so far so good.

I've been drinking so much water, I'm surprised I'm not floating
