Differences on Itaste vv 3.0

Okay this is not a complaint on these devices but something I have noticed on the two i have bought from different vendors.
first one purchased from fasttech white model
Second one purchased from vapingtown black model

Model from vapingtown is heavier with a rough finish
Model from fasttech Lighter with a slick finish

Both devices running pyrex aro 2 tanks 1.8 ohm coils at 8.0 watts

fasttech device full til empty on a charge 265 puffs
vapingtown device full til empty on a charge 370 puffs

both devices preform great my question is are these two different models since there is a 105 puff count difference on these devices both came in retail packaging identical both have 6 post screws same size just a slight difference in weight and battery life. Would take a picture but besides white versus black they look the same the difference is in the weight and battery life of these devices.Just was curious why the same device different color would have a different weight and battery life.

Well I would presume one had a larger battery with more mah BUT I always thought vv3s are 900mah only.

Well, I've heard that the black finish wasn't the same as the others (only one I don't have). If it was just the difference in capacity I'd say you had a bad battery. My first one started flaking out after only about 2 months. But the weight difference throws me off. I haven't heard of there being clones of these, but who knows. If you can, I'd send the one back, but if it's Fasttech, it might be too costly.
