JW, you might want to take a perusal thru your dogs, how do I say it, PooP, with tweezers and some kind of magnifier glass. I bet you just might find it in there amid all the other pieces and parts of their last meals. Just tell you're neighbors that you are a certified "Poopologist" and working for the Government on a Top Secret Case. ;)

LOL!! I'm afraid my credentials and areas of expertise leave me seriously lacking in Poopology, but thanks for the suggestion!!

The juice usage on the Hussar single coil from Coppervape is very easy on juice consumption, even compared to my Lemo V1, ErlK, and Taifun GT-2.

It might be my next purchase, once I get enough money to afford to spend again in vape gear!

So far my only concern about the siren has been the juice consumption ! (Mine apparently "leaks" as well...but from the drip tip :D)

That would imply that you do not have enough wick.

Hussar?? Nosirr. And for that reason........I'm out.

chance, zero.

Anyone try an Egg Roll? :D

Love, love, love the Egg Roll! That is one great tank, and I love the coils. I haven't even had to re-wick one yet, and the flavor is still excellent! There's definitely a place for multiple Egg Rolls, Sirens & Hussars in my vapocalypse stash. I've only got two Egg Rolls so far, but I hope to remedy that soon.

Got a link for your Egg Rolls ? I'd like to look at one closer.

The "Egg Roll" is actually just a Joye eGo ONE V2 Mega Tank. I don't believe it is an RTA, but apparently maybe the factory coils are fairly easy to rebuild on? Or maybe the factory coil heads (0.5 and 1.0 ohm) are just pretty good, lasting longer than average? Are any of them TC coil heads? I don't think so. 1 ohm seems a little low to me for a good MTL vape. I would think the vape would get too warm, but there are plenty of vapers who like that.

I'm not even sure why some people refer to them as Egg Rolls, as I've seen that more than once on more than one thread, from more than one person. I kind of find it annoying - as most people have no idea what is being referred to. Try doing an online search for an Egg Roll tank and see what you get. Nothing, but...um...you know...mostly just egg roll recipes and pics.

I guess some people refer to it as an Egg Roll because...the tank's actual name is too long to type out? I have no idea. The tanks looks to be fairly inexpensive, so if they perform well with factory coils I can see how some people may like to have some - for use when they aren't in the mood to fiddle with an RTA or RDA.

Personally I am really done with factory coils and the tanks that use them. I just got tired of regularly getting bad coils or underperforming ones, and I always had to change them out more often than I economically preferred.

Having said that, I can see how having a few on hand as quick backups could possibly be useful, or at least provide some piece of mind. The eGo ONE tanks appear to be well liked for what they are.

Thanks for the link billy. That Ego One looks alot like my Tron-S tank, even the drip tip does, and uses the same coils as the Tron tanks do also. I have a couple of 5-packs of CLR heads (1 Ω) and they are pretty good heads and can see why folks like them. I just change out the cotton with new KGD or Rayon and keep the coil in there. They are great for a stealth vape setup for "out and about" (the Tron-S tanks that is). I would assume that the Tron-S and Ego One are very similar not only in appearance but function too. Thank You again billy for the link.

billybc, my bad. I take full responsibility for the name change on the Egg Roll. You guessed correctly tho. The name as it stands was just too much in wordiness for me and I am the one who changed it up. I have a good time mangling our language sometimes, but I never had the intention to make it confusing to anyone. I'm so sorry it was annoying for you. :(

It's not a true RTA. It's a pop in coil that can VERY easily be rewicked, and recoiled (if one even wants to do so). The coils are lasting most of us (all of us?) "forever". I've had my Egg Rolls since last summer, and have rewicked a few. They ring up at 1.0Ω, and tho that SOUNDS low, they've been a perfect vape on nearly every single device I use. (caveat: a bit tough on the Provari due to the low ohmage) You prolly would be as surprised as I was that they ARE a perfect little Tootle MTL vape. They don't leak and they just perform perfectly! (not too warm at all)

And, one can use the coils as 'disposables', or go thru very little effort to rebuild/rewick them. They've checked all TPuffer boxes for me. I'm about to order a few more.

Again, my linguistically apologies. KatSpeak 101.

;)

I just refilled my Siren 22, again, and am on tank #6. It still is working like a "Well Behaved" RTA, and not the seeper that it was before. I'll bet that that is why it showed up in the classies Kat, it seeped that badly, but with the help of one of Fad's ideas, she seeps no more. I am officially calling this little project, a Success. Now to do the same to my (4) 25mm Sirens. I am a Happy Camper for sure. Again, Thanks to Fad for his Siren Fix.:thumbs::thumb: Fad, the "Siren Whisperer".

After my hardware overload the other day, I`m back on just two atomisers temporarily one Siren and the SER V4

(the Obs Nano, Cthulhu Mini and Merlin Mini have been provisionally shelved - for one reason or another)

Waiting for the Hussar 510 top cap to arrive before I test that properly, should be today + the 1.3mm airtube for testing.

I have since sealed up all the Sirens though and while they were in action - I saw a dramatic reduction in seepage/leakage and general stickyness around the base.

Now...how to fix the top cap from oozing blobules of liquid after filling :sneaky:

I can fill a Toptank without the need for a tissue - so that`s the benchmark.

5+2, since there have been so many fixes, and yours works..... shalst you consider a blog post so it's at the ready for newcomers and regulars who may want to try it?

I'd love to see the text plus pics for the ultimate 52/Fad "SIREN WHISPERER" fix.

This is a "Fad" fix, not mine, so I cannot take any credit for it at all. Fad is the "Siren Whisperer" here, the "Master Siren Mechanic". When you gonna post that Blog Fad ??
