BD 3ml work fine, but you have to remove the whole carto tube. they are what I use after I disassemble for cleaning, since my metal tubes have a tendency to leak when putting them back on. I don't even mess with cutting the e2's any more. just pop them on a dead battery and wiggle them off. Takes less time and fits my supplies!

Oh, geez, I slipped it over a bit of the plastic tube. Let me check real quick! Its gonna be close, I have the oral syringes and they're a hair smaller than the luer lock type. If you have the o ring in place it MIGHT work. It would work for sure if you have a small piece of the original tube. Yes, it's 3ml. If you make the cut real close to the top which is smaller in diameter, you may be ok. Gonna have to just try.

Made my own MAP tank today. All parts used from lowes. Rubber grommets in drawer k4 at lowes also 5/8 plastic tubing. Lil flimsy but it works. Got my idea from cappevette.

Here is an old BD 3ml syringe mod with just the fitting. The plastic is thicker on the plunger end, which is the best end to install it on.

Edit - This syringe has the same inside diameter as a stainless steel tube.

Does anyone know how to prevent the wicks on the clearomizers from burning and falling apart after 2 or 3 cleanings and dry burns? These things could last a long time if I could figure out how to keep the wicks from burning. I've found that simply breaking them down when new and washing them in hot water seems to make these things work great. So long as you put them back together carefully.

I have the same issues, except when using the PTB mod. I've thought of rewrapping the coil around a new wick. Too much hassle.

OK so I went and made one of these, worked out OK, cut it a bit short, mouthpiece is a bit too close to the cup for my liking, but it works! So I made another, this time out of a syringe TUBE, not a syringe, the cover they comr in. Great! But...what the hell do I use as a mouthpiece??? Everything is too small and I can't put the seal in because...it's too small too. Love the capacity of what I made, no idea what to use as a tip. I have a condom in there atm, not liking it, but until I can figure something out, that's what I'm using :p

damn. tank mod. i want to make it. i been vaping for 2 weeks and having hard time with cartomizer and atomizer. do you guys have some links which i can buy parts from? i know i can go to local walmart for syringe but where do i get the part which will make vape? damn i need some good instruction.

Yeah, you need to buy an e2 ceramic cartomizer. Available at www.cloudsofvapor.com and a bunch of other sites.if you want to use them for modding you have to using a pipe cutter to cut the carto or you can get them precut. Hope that helps.

I tried these CE2 RF and found that whilst the 1st draw was good unless i let it stand for 10mins before draws it would just burn .
However I found the PV/mod I was using was blocking of any air flow up through the center of the carto on the connection , so swapped mod to one that does allow air up through the center post and whhhaaaala vapour !!! works just fine ..
Just make sure you have a good air flow up through the center of the carto at the connection to the PV as there is a reason theres an hole in the bottom of it and its not there to allow juice to drip onto your battery , and its not there so you can block it off its there for air flow through the carto ..

Just a thought ..

Yep its on a Silver Bullet, but it works even better on my VV evercool mod. I just put it on the SB for a size comparison. The SB's connector is sealed from the inside at the time of assembly. I had to replace my connector once, and re-sealed it with epoxy, so there is no chance of juice ever getting inside the mod.

" but it works even better on my VV evercool mod"
Thats prob because the hole in the silver bullet is blocked off
I found that these cartos work much better when there is airflow through the center hole . after all there is a reason for a hole in the center of the carto and connector its for airflow .

Heres my ce2 mod...

5ml...lasts me 2-3days! lol

I can refill it twice before it needs cleaned.
Think since it wicks faster it doesnt bake
anything on as much. Also, imo the less
vg the less it gunks...There are definately
certain juices that jive more than others.

Everyone seemed to think the silicone was to
blame...maybe a little...but the wicks obviously
need to breathe!

In response to the issue with burning wicks....
I noticed that the more time in between burns
the better....hit it for 5sec to red....let it sit for 10...repeat...
and I also dont push it as far as some have suggested.
Seems that if I stop as soon as 3-4 coils are red its
just as good...

cleaned the same one 5-6 times now and still kickin
like a champ!

I'm curious as to how you guys clean your ce2's. I wash the wicks in hot tap water, then burn the wicks dry with a lighter. I do a dry burn lasy, maybe 3-5, 5 second burns. Just curios about your method, as I had an atty die tonight, and when I took it apart, the coil was a solid clump of black coal. I've been vaping 60% vg blend lately, and wonder if that was the culprit. I clean my attys, every tank full, which is approx 6 ml.
