Can you post a pic of this detail and maybe one of how it looks assembled?

sigh... I have no idea how to transfer photos from my phone to my computer:( and i dont have time to learn right now.

Really it looks just like all the others. If you are going to use PTB I think it helps to trim it in a way that keeps the cup well centered. Others have stated you can just toss the fill cap and use the center cap(for me this has not worked as well)

These are two http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/battery-mods/114901-evercool-variable-voltage-mod.html (by Bigblue30) mods with this syringe mod on them... The big syringe is a 6ml sy... with a eGo mega cartomizer silicon plug inside as the fill plug... two notches cut out on the bottom side like the regular e2 v4 stock fill plug. The DT fits in like a glove. It holds 4.5ml juice. Good Lord do these vape better than anything I've ever tried, all the mods, spring zero filler, straw, blue, everything. It doesn't need any PTB. They don't leak either. 4.5ml on 4.8v with 2400mah... all day sucker!

Yeah... uh-huh... the Mama Jama EverCool w/Syringe Mod!
Any Questions? (You know you want it)

I've had syringes that I use with my PTB modded e2 r4s but i was a little afraid to try this mod. Well I finally did it and it took about 4 minutes with a knife and a pipe cutter and I am satisfied with the result. I will probably put a black decal over all of it except for a slit so I can use it as a sight glass but it will still look acceptable on an ego. I will also cut my ego cone with a counter sink to make it more presentable. I for one have to say that COV is completely ridiculous for trying to charge 15 bucks for this. FYI i noticed that the OP recommend only particular syringes for this mod, personally i used the 5ml exel syringes from research supply

I want to do this but a couple of questions 1st you just push it in and it doesn't leak? You don't have to seal it somehow? 2nd the syringes I have say 2ml but are as long as my cartos and seems to be the same tube size will these work?
Thanks

Can only speak for myself. Just did this last night and I placed the assembly on my Ego battery and pushed it into the syringe body. I did not think it was going to go in, but the plastic had just enough give that it went in. So far no leaking, but also have not yet made a complete max fill of juice.
To be honest, I feel main issue with leaking will probably be how full of juice and laying the unit down.
*Side note, I am using a standard size E2,

As for a s using 2ml, give it a go and see. Do you have a 3ml you can compare for size? Do not know for sure, but off hand I would say if the 2ml syringe is the same length as a 3ml, diameters will probably be different. If the diameters are the same, the 2ml will be shorter in length than the 3ml.

One thing I would add about inserting it into the new body, the 10mm or so of metal body where you make the cut with the pipe cutter forms a little cup there at the base. To ensure no damage, I had to make sure that the wicks were tucked into it then ade the insertion into the syringe body

Send the pic to yourself just like if you were sending the picture to another phone user, but instead of putting a phone number enter your email address.
This will send the pic to your email where you can save to your pc and post online. Also make note of the address that it shows as being sent from when you open your email. Save it and name it as your phone, then in the future you can send pic, messages, etc to your phone. I do this for ringtones I make, then send to my phone to save/use, also makes for easy forwarding from my phone to friends to have it too. You can use that same address for your phone and enter it as email address to forward emails or forum posts to so you get alerts on your cell.

I put all three original caps in mine just to see how it would work and also because my main concern as stated above is if the pv gets laid down on it's side and the juice spilling out the top. Going to try different configurations of caps to see what works best for me.

How did it fit up with the cart? Did you have to glue it?

I can get Excel 5ml syringes from my drug store but they are huge in diameter. How are you securing it to your carto?

There will always be those out there that do not have the means or ability for whatever reason to do this. So there will always be those that pay to have a prefabbed product based on a mod. I'm not commenting either way on this.

I like your idea about the black sticker and your observations on 5ml syringe.

On the Exel, use the 3ml - if you have a CVS locally, they seem to carry the 3ml B-Ds - they are tight, but work well. Haven't been to Walgreens yet. The pharmacist was great, just told her I was using it for e-cigs and explained what I was doing and asked her to put the needles in her sharps can. She did say if I was 18 I wouldn't have been able to buy them though.

All you need to do is push it over the cut off carto - no glue or anything.

How did you get the 5ml to work? I'm using a 3ml Exel and it's loose compared to the BDs and you have to use part of the carto tube to get the DT to mount properly.... can you post some pics?

I love these things too, best ever!
How did you connect the 6ml syringe to the cart?

I dremel the end off, then use a ball stone dremel the opening to size.

I dremel slits on opposite sides of bottom carto cup... easy does it, a light touch and it pulls off easy sleezy.

I get it started inserting it in the bored out hole once its started, then I use an epoxy called Plastic Fusion on just the last mm or so before pressing it all the way in.

Heres another one I did, its the 3ml syringe and the case it comes with... two for the price of one!

I get the syringes at a feed store, the clerk must think I have a lot of cows or sheep or something... (C'mere baby, give daddy some luvin........ baaa-aaa-aaa)

SORRY STORMINYTE DIDNT MEAN TO THREADJACK!!

I would like to mention that you CAN bore the hole bigger on the 6ml syringe if you want to leave the portion of metal tubing on at the bottom but it will be weaker... if you look at the pick boring for the carto with no tubing at the bottom leaves a lip that is stronger for holding it there with some epoxy... and when you bore with the round ball stone, it tapers the inserting end of that lip so it seals better and is ahrder to pull out, kinda like a round barb, it slides in but pulling back digs in.

on the other pic with the syringe case it doesn't matter, you HAVE to take all the tubing off, the hole is JUST right to press the bottom cup in after freezing it. (the cup)

I put the condom on them in the pocket or carry case I use... they fit... otherwise... nope no leaks on its side...

Again, nice work, you too 'slin'. I'm curious how the filler ring does it job w/ a wider diameter syringe. It's just the right size for my 3ml but would think the wider diameter would let fluid around it. I know they're tapered, maybe that's how?
