I just received my order from Ms T, and I am disappointed. The bottle of "orange juice" was not full. Previous bottles have always been full up to the neck of the bottle, but this bottle is at least 1/2" short of being full, and there wasn't any leaking in the packaging. I don't mind the long wait for getting good juice, but then to not get a full bottle, is upsetting to say the least. I have given her feedback on her site already.
If the next order ends up being short, then I will rethink my goto juice supplier.
 & :(

Yea, I wasn't trying to get something for nothing or just to complain, but there really is a difference in the amount i have received previously from them. I did get a response and they certainly were on the defensive. I understand that they probably didn't short the bottle on purpose, but telling me they measure everything perfectly and that I must have been given more in previous batches, doesn't make sense. If things are measured perfectly every time...then the amount you get should be consistent every time. I'm just saying.... So, I may love their juice, but they are not the only great juice maker on the planet, nor are they very good at customer service.

I know from the juices I mix myself that a 10 ml recipe does not come close to filling a 10 ml bottle for instance. Nor does 30 or 3 ml. If you have gotten a "full" bottle then you have been getting free juice in every order. I was so surprised by this when I started DIY. I did not realize just how much EXTRA juice these companies had been giving. If you have an empty bottle and a way to measure you could measure 5 ml of water into a 5 ml bottle and see the space left. It is surprising.
