Damn!! I ordered from Eastmall on 5/31 (Sunday). I checked USPS and it arrived at JFK at 11 AM today. Longest I have waited on anything from China has been 10 days from order placement to my door.
Good luck, hope you get it soon.

Lucky! I ordered the same day, and it just left China today. I'm in Alaska so I'm curious as to where it's headed now, Seattle or L.A.? Or directly here? Would be amazing if it was.

This is my first purchase, and I can barely contain my excitement! It's on my mind the majority of the time, to say the least.

Hopefully all of our orders come in safely!

Hey Mike,

My order was identical to yours. I ordered 5/23 (my time) and 5/24 (David's time) and it said my order dispatched on 5/24 and then there was no movement whatsoever for 8 days and then it appeared in EMS. But I was able to see that it made it to NYC yesterday and then it appeared at my house today (I am on the East Coast). It was updated all the way, once it got rolling.

So hopefully for you it will make it by the weekend. I am sure Ed will check on it for you when he gets into the office! :)

Mamacat, I thought you said yours showed "inbound into customs" when it was actually delivered to you. Did I misunderstand?

I'm still hoping the tracking data is wrong on mine. If not, it looks like it's been grabbed by customs.

Stratovation -- The same thing happened to my order. I received my "has been dispatched" email on May 22 and the package didn't ship til June 1.

I am not happy.

hey hobson, sorry for any confusion I may have caused ~ I can be cryptique at times. :( Thanks for getting me back to making some sense or at least I am trying to make sense. 8-o

USPS showed inbounds in NYC at JFK but never showed it coming out, only that it was in a neighboring town in NC. The same day it showed in the town next to me - it was delivered to my door. So, from the time it arrived in the US - I had it in 26 hours or so, which I thought was really quick. I was expecting it to come today or tomorrow actually, so when it came the very next day after arriving stateside, I was really surprised.

Ed told me to let him know if it did not show it coming out of customs in 24-48 hours, so you may want to send him an e-mail via the website. He might be able to get you more info on your package's actual whereabouts.

Please let us know what you find out! *Fingers crossed* for you! :)

Wait a minute...let me get this straight.

So if I get this:

Foreign International Dispatch, June 05, 2009, 12:51 am, GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP
Foreign Acceptance, June 04, 2009, 9:11 pm
Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

It hasn't even been SHIPPED yet?!

It's been well over 36 hours since that update, and there hasn't been any mention of customs. I'm probably one of those that won't get it for another week now. Especially since I am all the way up here. :(

USPS and EMS tracking show my juice order has been in customs since 6-3 wednesday morning.

Is it typical for it to be in customs that long?

Taken from Eastmall:

Please note: Tracking information is not always available within the first few days - please be patient, some orders can even be received before they show tracking information. Typical transit times from Mainland China to your country are 3-4 days via air and a further 2-3 days for processing through your customs. Delivery agents then take 1-2 days to deliver to your door. Always allow 7-10 business days for each order from the time of dispatch to avoid disappointment.

It's still disheartening reading about people getting their orders in 5 days or less, and the rest of us are biting nails as we get closer and closer to the DAY OF SHIPPING DEATH!

God I'm so bored waiting for this thing to come in...

My orders from a different supplier reached me in 6 days or less. They were never in customs more than 6 hours.

Our packages must be together...in customs at 8:45am on 6-3. Where in Texas are you?

Ellanceo -- that notice on their site is the reason I didn't follow up when no tracking info was available. Now I wish I would have. They may not have realized there was a problem if no one contacted them.

My concern is with the handling of the liquid for this extended ength of time. Was it sitting on the docks in the heat, in a warehouse, in cold storage, where? Is the liquid still good?

From what I have gathered, your liquid should be just fine. Sure, exposure like that cannot be good for the liquid, but it's only for a couple of days, rather than weeks which would probably render the liquid useless.

That notice is why I haven't contacted David or Ed quite yet, simply because it's put there for a reason. The problem with DrGabber isn't that his order doesn't have tracking information, but that it hasn't updated since it went into customs. Completely different problems.

If you don't receive tracking info within 5 days, I would contact David or Ed just for them to double check where your package really is. USPS/EMS is REALLY notoriously bad with updating tracking information from what I have gathered in this thread and others.

Still doesn't change me refreshing the USPS Track & Confirm every 5 minutes.

Based on My experience, This indicates your order left Mainland China 6-05-09 at 12:51AM Guangzhou time, which translates to 6-04-09 at 12:51 PM (Eastern time)
