Hello Everyone..
Ok I need some advice... I have been asking salem so many questions that she is probably ready to hurt me..

I'm having Flavor Issues, I have TPA, Loranns and now the New one's from ecx..

I can not taste the Full Flavor even with the New Flavoring from ecx..

So I need to narrow down what is causing this..

This is what I Use.. I have a Ego Battery with a Fluxomizer or other places call them 510 CE2 PLUS.. I like them but if that is what is causing the muted flavor I will find something different..

I Clean the Fluxomizer every Wednesday and Sunday, and have never had a problem with them..

Now the Flavor I have vaped for about 2 months now has been a Cinn & Menthol Mix.. I like it, but I was noticing that All I tasted through out the day was Cinn, and my toungh was starting to feel "Tingy" if that makes since.. So I decided that I was going to have to make a switch..

In the Past month I have made so many flavor and am only getting what I call a "Undertone Flavor"..

If it the Hardware that I'm using then I need some suggestion on what to try next..

Thank You, for all the help everyone has given so far...

You are good, CH. If I get to the point that I want to hurt you, I will just ignore you lol J/K

I think the fact that you are vaping so much cinnamon and menthol is dulling your taste buds for other flavors. I know because I have been there and done that. Vape a very mild or unflavored for a day and I bet that your buds will start to return :)

The info that you give is not that personal. All that they are verifying is your name and address. lol
You must be more paranoid than even I am ;)

I am, until USA adoptes similar laws as UK regarding tracking and sales of personal info. Google was recent case, tiny fine after millions where made from illegal tracking. Even the post office sells your info until you opt out. It is super hard to stop the delivery of junk mail marked (resident) because post office gets paid for that delivery. After many battles with the postmaster I refused to remove any mail not containing my name and address. Yah soon the box was full, delivery person left note explaining postage paid must be delivered. I wrote her a note, I viewed it and there is no resident that resides at this residency with the name resident, so please return to sender. After months of rejecting the litter left in my mail box I won for now (no more resident mail delivered).
Its a hell of a racket, sell your info so they get postage fees and you get to deal with the mas junk mail, Try marking it return to sender, let em clean up after themselves.

Ill give you advice I usually give mew people with a "twist". Buy yourself a Ego twist and some boge LR carto's and if you can afford it a ego DCT tank. Standard ego batts only fire under load at like 3.4-3.5 which is why I usually tell new vapers to buy a kgo kit as they have pretty great batts that run at 3.7-3.8 and make for a better vape.

The ego twists have gotten great reviews, are about the cheapest vv you can buy and do .1v increments from 3.2 to 4.8 and a good boge lr at 4-4.1 is very, very hard to beat flavor and vapor wise unless ya drip and the 2.5 ml ego tanks look awesome on a ego battery and although they are small still hold a couple mls of juice.

Part of your problem is that juice. Cinn and menthol for 2 months would kill anyones taste buds hehe. You wanna mix it up some. You cant think of it like smoking the same brand of cigs for 20 years but think of it like would you eat the same candy or drink the same exact juice every day for 20 years? For me thats a no and I switch it up every now and again because for me anyways if I dont I can burn out on that flavor eventually.

The ego twist will work with any 510 carto but I would try out some boges and see what ya think. One thing I dislike about CE2 style carto's is the nature of the design with the top coil is they tend to suck up more flavor and the thinner parts of the juice for 2/3 of the carto and leave a third tank of a darker sludge that has little taste and is hard of the carto.

Pack of boges and a tank with a good juice and your good for most the day and the performance is good. Plus when it gets dirty just chuck the damn thing. surevapes has them for 5.50 a pack for the shorts or the xl or a 5 box deal for 23 with free shipping no matter what ya order so I dont mind tossing them after 3 or 4 days if I am using a rough juice. Clear juices usually last me a week or two.

There also comes a point with CE2 type or really any carto when they just wear down. The more ya use a carto even if its clean the wire just starts to go wonky usually resulting in the ohm value rising which means what once was lets say a 2.4 ohm clearo will after lots of use and cleaning might go up to 2.8 or 3 ohm and slowly keep climbing till it pops. What that means is while it might have worked fine at 3.5 volts since the ohm went up your getting a much lighter and weaker vape.

Hopefully I didnt ramble to much and overload you with info. Sometimes you just need to not only switch thing up juice wise but in the device and carto's you use. Its the circle of vaping life simba!

EDIT: Also for the taste bud issue when I get like that I brush my teeth a couple extra times and day and use mouth wash more. Cant tell ya why it works but when I do that for some reason it helps shock my tongue back to life even though you think it wouldnt because of the strong flavor. Its like when I eat a lot of hard candy it kinda mucks up my taste buds and doing that also fixes it for me.

FYI- CH is getting ready to try some DCs and possibly a tank :) The cartos that he is using most likely do mute the flavors but, the cinnamon and menthol is not helping. That was all that I vaped when I first started vaping and I got to the point that I could not even taste food or drink.

I have learned over the years to alternate between flavors to keep your taste buds able to taste the flavors. Especially if you are using menthol or cinnamon. CH is using them combined :)

Thank You for the Advice... I sure am learning allot from everyone... I brushed my teeth and even used a tongue scrubber to try and wake it back up.. I was looking at one of the Ego Twist..

I can understand how you'd get hooked on the cinnamenthol though - I only recently stumbled into that combo and definitely enjoyed it myself, I just happen not to get stuck on any flavor for more than a few days tops (if I manage to break past a few minutes with it) :p

I had to lock it up in the cabinet...

if ya like menthol avejuice sells some drops that ya basically add to any juice. its not a calculated mix type deal but its a menthol flavor drop you can add to any juice to give it a pop that might help ya with switing up juices on the fly and ya really like menthol. Think its just called menthol drops.

If ya get a twist I would recommend trying some boges or the smoketek 1.7 ohm single coils first. DC's are nice but man they can beat the hell out of a battery. Some people swear by the duals but I found that I got just as good a vape on the 1.7 ohms with better battery life but I dont vape at high volts either.

If ya go to a hardware store and buy a saddle valve you can punch holes in any carto. can get one for under $10 or buy them off ebay and makes perfect holes and wont lock you into a pre punched and give you more options. There are vids around to show ya how and its easy.

First of all, the reason I post here is cuz I'm hoping to adopt eCe as my prime DIY provider, mainly cuz of the different flavours but also cuz of the additives and colourings, lol.. I use a pound of sucralose a year, not in vape alone, I love sweet and I don't use sugar at all..

..juz some cappela, I bought to try out, I'll be using eCe in the future if I got to like 'em :)

..lucky to pass the customs, saved 20-30$ :)

I am sending him some cartos to try and if he likes them, he may want to get a tank :) A saddle valve sucks IMO. The carto slides around and they go dull fast. I know they can be sharpened but an awl and hammer work much better and a carto punch is even a bit easier than that. JMO ;)
