I really wish they would put some better descriptions on the flavors on ecx. Some of them give you very little to no info on what to expect.
I wish someone would write to them and send them a link to this thread. I wrote them a while back asking them to clarify the mystery names under Fruit Express that are obviously not fruits that I thought were Chinese tobaccos but they had no description at all. When I wrote to them they said their source assured them they were not tobaccos. I posted here to see if anyone remembered the thread were the names were originally posted and sure enough, they were Chinese cigarettes. Well, they don't qualify as tobacco I guess? So they are fruit instead? Not too clear on that rationale! LOL! Anyway, I'm with you...if it weren't for the recommendations from here I never would have tried them. I don't like advertising hype either, but they have to realize since we cannot sample their wares they really have to do a little better in the description area to convince us we should purchase it and why. Even if it's a common flavor, tell us what makes theirs better! I go to some websites and know their staff vapes their wares and knows the product well. Here I get the feeling they are winging it on the say so of their supplier and don't have a clue themselves. That may not be true, but unfortunately that is how it comes across. Even if it were the case, offer a customer or a few, some freebies to help out with the descriptions, but do something! Doing nothing says you don't care, and that isn't good for business. I really hope they do read this sector of this thread, they have a good product but need to inject a little enthusiasm into their website.
We can help out too to a degree by posting our review and opinions of the flavors we tried, but because tastes are so different first and foremost I like to read a good description of what I am considering buying, and then what people think of it. Basically, short of being able to test it myself, I want all the info I can get first, before making a purchase. I don't want to be disappointed after spending money I rarely get!
