I FOUND IT I FOUND IT!!! The truest tobacco flavor I've ever vaped!!!! It took a couple of tries for me. At first It was terrible, because I added too much. Then I cut it in half last night. I think I ended up at roughly 5%. It's the Havana from Hangsen Essense! It tastes Exactly like a cigar! It's not sweet at all!!!! It's so good, I feel like I relapsed!!

I can relate to the motions...that was a big thing with me too..
btw..started at 24 mg, now at 18...some of my fruits are even 16...
I quit once cold turkey. Lasted for 5 years. The "motions" are the biggest part of the habit IMO. During that 5 years I had to give up coffee, alcohol, sitting on my back porch, all of the things that would trigger the habit. I am also addicted to the nic though. 18 mgs per ml is really fairly low considering that you have to vape an entire ml before getting 18 mgs from it. So, we never really absorb the amount of nic that is in a ml by the time we vape a ml. Plus the fact that we don't absorb as much nic from vaping as we do from cigs. 6mgs might as well be zero to me but I guess that it may have some psychological effect just knowing it is in there
wow, sounds like me...I quit for 5 yrs too...felt like I gave up living...I get the trigger part...hated talking on the phone, coffee in the am, I even hated eating a meal because there wasn't a cigg at the end...lol

Yep - no cracks with the 5ml syringe. I'm still struggling with the re-wicking a little though - they are certainly maintainable, but it's not so easy that I've stopped considering the "true" rebuildables.

Pretty sure you want to stay away from anything with oil in it or essential oils, as for the flower water, meh not what I would want to vape myself.
