CG-you may end up quitting for real. At first I could not quit. I never found the flavor. I just liked menthol. The WTA is a interesting option. However, Cigrx can help as well. I use a natural product from Swanson vitamins called mucuna puriens which is alleged to increase dopamine levels. Some say it does, some say it does not. However, I use it when I need a boost. It seems to work for me. I have experienced some bad depression from coming off the cigs. It is situational right now. However, I know I will always have to have some nic. I find the strong cigar flavors, b&M, and really strong tob keep me in check with my cravings. I do have a high tolerance to nic. I want to cut down but afraid to do so. Thus, I am still at 24mg. After 2 years of vaping I would of thought a lower nic level. I vape allot as well.

It is very citrusy and very strong. But also very good IMO. I don't think that I would go above 10% for sure on this one which is unusual for FW flavors.

I also have these FW flavors- Wild Cherry, Gummy Bears, Fruit Stripe Gum, Candy Cane. All are very good and spot on. Except the Candy Cane which I do not like at all.

I'll have to get that ecto cooler. Citrus seems to work for me.

I got: Caramel, Lemon meringue, NY cheesecake, Vanilla custard, peaches and cream, and sweet strawberry.
Thanks for the link to the bottles! Gonna go check 'em out!

Those are very good IMO. The only one that I did not care much for is the Lemon Meringue. You may like it though.

Peaches and Cream and Sweet Strawberry are awesome IMO. Strawberry and Cream is good too.

I have not liked any crust type flavors including the graham. If it were not for that, I would like Lemon Meringue.

Thanks for the info, it is always good to have options. Having access to all these flavors is a definite plus...I also gravitated to menthol flavors but they really burn out the tastebuds. In the beginning I was sticking with the fruits and "icing" them with menthol to the point it got tired and boring, but if I eliminated it, I barely could taste or feel what I was vaping. That's when my smoke count would rise and I'd get frustrated and feel like I had to start all over again. I started using Koolada, which gives your vape a menthol type throat feel, but without the menthol taste, and that was a good transition product for me to increase my flavor "vocabulary". I'll try anything, but I do like variety. And as odd as it seems, I have a broad tolerance for nicotine, it seems it is the other alkaloids that I am sensitive to. I know this because I can vape anything from 6-36 and be ok, as long as I get my WTA's from somewhere. Everyone is different I guess. Whatever keeps you off cigarettes is a good thing for you!

To lower Nic levels try cutting only 2mg' at a time, this is much easier and how I did it, trying to go from 24mg to say 12mg just wasn't feasible for me, for as long as we all have smoked and use Nic our body and brain just scream for it and are use to getting it, so moving down only 2mg's at a time doesn't effect us a greatly. I even vaped more when moving down and this made up for the craving, but then you go back to normal vaping and once you do you just cut 2mg's off the price tag and moved down,,, Try it, it works ;)

Ya Debb,,, and that's the easiest one to make the move on lowering from 24, but once you get to that 18 or 16mg level making the next move to 12mg and lower is the tough one and dropping 2mg's or even 1mg at a time makes it a lot easier,,, I'm currently at 10mg's myself, and now trying to drop to 9mg and doing only 1mg Drops from hear on out.

Fran! Fran!!! My package got here already! Holy crap batman, I am in hog heaven! Wow, you said you'd send a few things, not your whole stash! LOL, oh my! I see another few days filled with vapingasms!!! I am torn between getting out the bridgeless atty and dripping to taste, or just blowing through some cartos and enjoying it...(the premixed) Or maybe a little of both...try it, see how I like it, carto it. But I do love the choices! Oh joy! As for the flavors, you're right, the doublemint does smell very much like eucalyptus, but like I said, that could be a good thing since I was considering buying it once. The others smell ok but really need to be mixed to be sure, but that is going to have to wait a few days until I get some bottles. I can't believe I'm out! Seems to me I had so many, but in retrospect, I guess I gave the greater majority of them away. It's okay, I love mixing for people, they are always so complimentary, like I did something special. Makes me feel good..
Anyway Fran, thank you so much, you are beyond awesome! You know I am going to enjoy these for a long time!!!

I burnt my taste buds out so badly in the beginning that I could not taste anything for two weeks. The only thing that satisfied me was strong menthol at 36 mgs and that was iffy at times.

Fruits give a great TH IMO and that is one of the things that I love about them. I still have to have TH and do not like to feel as if I am vaping air.

You may want to mix some champagne with your fruits sometime. You may like it.

I think the Marb is a match for real cig. However, tobacco additive is 2x the strength of Marb. If one wants a strong smelling cig like flavor...tob additive is a winner. Marb is a medium flavor to me. (My personal taste.) I had my e-cig out in the garden the other day in my bra. All of a sudden I smelled cigarettes. I thought "what the hell". I looked all over to discover the smell was coming from the ecig and the 100+ heat. BTW not the best place to put an ecig....

Humm, i received my flavors today. Yipee, don't have to worry about them being out in the heat longer than necessary tomorrow.

I mixed the tobacco additive-Real Cig. Boy I hope this improves with aging!!! I mixed at 1%, and guess I never had a real cig before if this is what it was suppose to be like. LOL To me the MLB was like a Marboro Light; however, after a couple of months it was entirely different. I am thinking that this tobacco additive will be good with something else as a tobacco additive. Imagine that.....ggg

I do love me the FE grape! I have the TFA grape too and like it, but I like the FE better. It's joosier! LOL. I have to tell you something guys. I've been vaping for about 10 months, but never feeling very accomplished about it because it was never exclusive. I did cut way back from the 40+ a day I used to smoke to less than a half a pack, but just could not give them up. I tried WTA's once from a friend and I think it could work, but it's just too pricey for my budget. Sad to say, that was the closest I came to not smoking. Except for today. The only difference I can think of is that instead of my usual getting-up-every-hour-on-the-hour rotten sleep, I slept the whole night through, and woke up rested and conscious enough to be mindful. Normally I have a cig stuffed in my face before I even hit the bathroom...ingrained reflex, mindless. Today I cleared all the smoking stuff away and hid it, did my thing, had my coffee and vaped my grape! (Odd combo!) And I still had a whole new lineup of flavors to look forward to, and mixes thereof...and I think that is what really helped!!! The combination of all of it just worked! I am in shock because I have not had one single cigarette the entire day! This is a first, and I hope not an only! No self-talk or pre-planning, it just happened, and nobody is more surprised than me! Shocked really is a better word! Sdh, I was so touched when you said you were sending me these flavors, and surprised at how many you sent, but I didn't guess you would lace it with the magic to stop smoking! WOW!!! And as if that weren't enough, now FranC has a package en-route to me with yet more surprises to thrill over! Christmas in July, oh my! Seriously, there is so much good karma here, (minus the occasional bacteria) it makes me wish it were a real place so we all could live there! You are all so amazing! Giving so freely of everything you can, your knowledge, your support, your kindness, your sharing, all of it. Gives me goosebumples! If I'm a little wordy tonight, I hope you understand.
Oh and one more thing before I go. (collective groan) Though I said I am not a big tobacco fan, I'm currently vaping the Black & Mild and finding I kind of like it! It is mild and kind of, what? Chocolaty? Not like candy chocolate, a deep rich darker type, not sweet, mellow. Nice. I'd like to try it with creme de menthe. Sacrilege? LOL! Menthol smoker...tobacco...get it? No huh? I think I am going to need to get like a ton of 5ml bottles now for all of my future experiments! And 1/2 ton of 20 or 30ml for the successes. Anybody wanna go halvsies? LOL!!!

This gives me the warm fuzzies....Sdh shared these flavors I love with me also Charlie. She has helped me so much, and it has been so appreciated. Not to mention all the support from her, Salem and many others helping on this vaping journey. I am oh so glad that you didn't have a cig and that things are starting to become really exciting for you with vaping.

Thanks Charlie. I hope you enjoy them. It's the peppermint that tastes like eucalyptus thou.

CharlieGirl, your posts touched me deeply and I want to thank you for your honesty and congratulate you on a smoke free day!! After 2 years of vaping, I am also still smoking between 5 to 10 cigs a day. It's not the nic for me either...I'm fine with my 12mg nic mixes. It has to be the other alkaloids for me too. Even tho I have flavors that I love and even crave for vaping, I still smoke.

Your posts are an encouragement for me, and I just wanted you to know that :)

YAY!!!!!!!!!! I knew that you would get them today. ECX is the only vendor that the tracking has done that with for me. It always arrives on the original date though. I am so glad that it did for you too ;)
