I've had great success using 2-3% with FA Cookie.
What kind of cookie is it?
Somebody is gonna google me saying that someday and think I'm very weird, or weirder.

I've never used the Cookie as a stand alone, I use it sparingly in my Caramel Coconut Cookie recipe because it gets a lot stronger as it steeps. In a 30ml mix, I use about a quarter ml of the cookie. And yes, it smells like Frito's. To me, I don't think it tastes like a cookie on it's own, but definitely adds to the bakery flavor profile in a mix.

Shilo and Jimi... vaping Cookie straight or just adding a very tiny bit to other stuff to bring out bakery notes like Bovinia?
+1 here for the Cookie. It's just OK alone, but great as a a bakery base for whatever you wanna throw on the cookie. 3-4% for me, wouldn't go higher. One of my must haves.I add it to other mixes as a cookie/ bakery note---I have to agree with Jimi on the low percentage or for me it becomes too much. Less is more with this one.
I've ticked off my Wife by pulling off the cap on the wash machine agitator. I put my juice bottle in that cavity, and throw on the spin cycle.Just a note on the TE French Pipe. I didn't like it at all when I first got it , or any of the super concentrates for that matter. When I first started off all I bought were the SC's even though u didn't know what the hell I was doing and most of them had that perfumy alcohol taste smell. Sometimes they will come like that and sometimes they don't, I think it depends on how fresh the batch is. These are the ones that really benefit from either really long steep times ir something similar to bovs evap method. To me the TE French Pipe tastes exactly like the Hangsen French Pipe but because its not as concentrated you don't get the alcohol effect. What I do now when I get one like that is give it 2-3 very hot baths the first day with a lot of agitation and leave the top off the bottle for the fist 45 min or so after its removed from the heat. Shake the hell out of the bottle a few times on the second day and on the third day your good to go. I have to admit that every time I think I've mastered the art of steeping something happens that causes me to revisit the subject. It's like most other things in the vaping world. You'll see people swear up and down about the benefits of a certain method or technique just to have somebody else contradict it a short time later. There really is no "single" right answer to some of this stuff, there are just too many variables.
PS. You guys really should try to find one of those little mini mixers. It seriously expedites the steep times. The one I have was less than $15 and the little mixing head fits inside of 15ml and larger bottles. I can actually blend the batch while its in the bottle (which is what I do). You would have to shake a bottle for 24 straight hours to accomplish what I can do in 30 seconds with this thing. You should be able to find them in your local hobby shop in the arts and crafts section.
PSS. Have any of you ever seen the big paint mixers that you put those one gallon paint cabs in the paint dept at Walmart/lowes/etc. I wish somebody would make one about 10" tall specifically designed for our little juice bottles. How cool would that be?
