First off you used way to much flavoring at one time. You need to start with single flavors and understand what each flavors profile is. That's the only way to judge each flavors potency and what will go together properly.

Secondly you made way to much at one time. You need to start small and not waste these expensive supplies. Most when starting to mix will make 10 ml's at most then test them then if there good make big batches.

Don't rely on someone else's recipes. They may taste good to the author but may not nessessarly taste good to you. Each person tastes things differently.

You really need to do some research first. So start here.

My blogs will give insight into all aspects of DYI, from steeping to what supplies to have on hand to a basic walk through mixing your first E-juice.

Then read hoosier's blogs. These blogs concentrate on fine tuning your mix and give insight on additives.

Then read Boletus's blog's. These blogs concentrate on formulation of nicotine baces regarding proper calculations methods for figuring Nicotine concentration as well as safety.

Then read Ginger's book "E-Cigarettes 102: DIY e-liquid". It is a book which I've contributed to that delivers an in depth easy to follow guide in the art of DYI.

I recommend viewing VPLive Vape Team Episode #82: DIY Safety and bookmark it for future reference. It explains safety in all aspects of DYI.

then read the stickies at the top of the page.

this will explain a lot of the how's and why's.

Ty I'm gonna check these out now [emoji15][emoji5]

So should I get rid of my large batch?

Pour 5 ml's of the mix into a new bottle and add 5ml's new unflavored base. This will dilute the mix by half. See if it improves but do the research and start small.

Get used to measuring by percent and get the e-juice me up calculator

try this as your first mix.

Capella VC at 8%
Baverian cream at 2%

Let that steep 2 - 3 days and try it.

If you like that then you can try to add 1% capalla strawberrys and cream to it. Then make very small adjustments to each flavor until it taste good to you.

It seems to be a favorite everyone loves including myself. And make only 10ml's of it to see if you like it. Like I said start simple and work your way up.

You might be able to salvage it by diluting with additional nic base, PG, and VG, but following Danny's advice first will get you to where you know what you need to do it correctly.

BTW, regarding your earlier post, do you actually have 100% nicotine, or is it really 100 mg/ml, which is equivalent to 10% nicotine? 100% nicotine is quite dangerous and should only be handled in a lab by a trained chemist.

Whoa...

Went in on the high side....

Better to start with smaller quantities and flavouring on the low side.

It's like adding salt to a dish. Adding is easy, but once its in, it's a LOT harder to reverse the process. And flavours - more isn't merrier.
Too little won't do and too much won't do even less. And a waxy/perfumery taste is a sure indicator that flavour concentration is too high.

It is actually a fairly common mistake for new DIY'ers, so don't feel bad. But it is one that deserves correction, since 100% (freebase) nicotine is truly scary stuff. 100 mg/ml is strong enough to warrant attention to safety and knowing the proper precautions, but a few drops on your skin or inhaling the fumes will not send you to the hospital or the morgue.
