So I'm trying a different method of extraction. I'm heating 60 mls of PG to 155*F. When it reaches that temp, I start adding a little tobacco at a time. Once the cup is full and the tobacco is fully saturated by the warm PG, I remove it from the hot plate and cover the cup with Parafilm. I'll let it set a few days and then stir it up. Same thing once a week for a month.

I had a lot of Mellow Mack left as it's a 1 3/4 ounce can. This is what I used first. I'll have to see how it compares to the cold extract I have going with the other half of the Mellow Mack. Stuff smells really good. Hope it vapes the same.

Finally made up some juice from the extracted cigar. Whoah, this is something special. I did a flavor ratio of 30% 12mg 50/50. I got the same in your face honey as with P&S. This is fresh out of the bottle, so I'm very interested on what this is gonna taste like in a couple of weeks. There is a slight hint of coconut with the extract that I didn't get from the P&S.

Rarely have I experienced a juice this good on the first shot. I'm using a 1 ohm micro coil with cotton at 9W. Others have mentioned how good the honey flavor is and I have to agree, no wet dog here. I'm hoping with some steeping more of the tobacco flavor comes through like the P&S which is nicely balanced.

The chocolate Tatiana is next.

Sounds great Boomer. I'd love to try this when we get our biznass straight to make a trade. Just received my new supply of PG and nic base, so the extract factory here is back in full swing. Coincidentally, the Cigars International catalog showed up at the same time. Trying not to look at it...still have a lot in the humidor to work with. Really want to get my hands on a couple Liga Prevadas to try out tho.

I'm trying my hand at something new with an extract tonight. If it ends up even halfway decent, I'll report back on it.

Sadly, I only have the September 2013 CI catalog.

Got my work cut out for me the next few days. I just finished putting up eight new extracts and I need to test juices from six that just finished extracting.

Gonna give it a rest after that as I'm running out of space. I'll take a month off to clear out some junk to free up shelf space and clean-up.

Have you seen MVJ's offerings? She's gone nuts with the inventory on offer and coming up. Those folks must extract 24/7!

Yes, that will work. You have a whole world of pipe tobacco's and cigars to choose from, including cigarettes. While any of the three can be cold extracted, I would recommend heat extraction for cigars. I use heat exclusively but to bring out the true flavor of a cigar heat is a must IMHO. A good non-additive cigarette tobacco is American Spirit Organic. Used at 20% flavoring it's very good.

Hope it makes a nice juice for you. I'll be waiting to hear.

One thing I've been getting from potential swappers is when I ask about base liquid and length of steep, I get a lot of hmmmfff.....answers. Folks....write it down, don't guess. No one wants to vape something that they aren't sure of. Did you add flavoring while extracting or afterwards? If so, what and how much? What level of nic if used? You know the basics.
I've got a recently completed Peter Stokkebye vanilla-cased pipe tobacco that I warm-extracted (baby bottle warmer). It's still steeping and I haven't tried it yet. Planning to bust it out later this week. If it's any good I might hit you up for a little swap, if you have any interest.

Good eh? That's one of my favorites. I've been looking for the black pack that has Perique in it.

I'm doing the room temp 4 week extraction and just at week two. I've been ill and can't taste much so will let it sit at least another week.

A local shop has Six Nations and while researching that I found a few retailers for American Spirit. This on has the black pouch

Buy American Spirit Natural Tobacco - American Spirit 100% Natural US Grown Tobacco is additive free.Sale on Filtered and Little Cigars, plus deals on Pipe Tobacco at threefeatherstobacco.com.

I can only get pipe tobacco mail order in Arizona. I can carry a gun without a permit and have more than one wife but god forbid...

Edit I just noticed that the pages say not in stock at this time for Am Spirit

Paul, I can only get pipe tobacco mail order here but for different reasons. The stuff they sell here is fit only to use as insecticide! I cannot carry a gun tho and neither are gun permits issued other than for sport arms and even those are a hassle.
