hey all i got a probably stupid question. I ordered some DIY flavorings today from onestopdiyshop. I ordered some drams of "lorAnn super strenght" flavors among the other stuff. I was wondering if by "super strength" they mean it takes less percentage to get the flavor you desire. I had some flavors before from nicvape and was mixing them at about 15-20% and was just wondering if i should stay on that same area or if since they're "super strength" i should need less. Thanks a lot everyone :)

I am no expert but I have tinkered with a lot of LorAnns and I do not find them "super strength". I think its just afancy name for a concentrated flavoring. I generally use 15-20% with LorAnns.
A true "super strength" imo, would be FlavourArt which uses roughly 5-10% flavoring.

If i was using dk as a base, i would be using it as a base flavor with my own nic ratio. Theres too much math involved in trying tio figure out what your original mixing ratio is and how to modify it to get me to.....say 3% dk in a15% total flavoring at 12mg nic......if that makes sense....so to me, no, I wouldn't want to see it in a diy pif as it's relatively unusable in real mixing...real diy mixing requires hard numbers that are reliable to get consistent results

Thank you. I figured it was a long shot. I am sort of toying with the idea of DIY since I decided to order condensed flavor of my absolute favorite that can only be gotten from China (I figured it was more cost effective to only pay for the part I couldn't get here). The stuff is cheap enough to buy, so I don't NEED the PIF, but I figured I'd ask in case I saw something I wanted to try.

So I ordered one of those free diy kits and got it in the other day, but I have no idea what I'm doing. The real question I have is i've got some flavors I love, only problem is they are too high a mg for me. If there a way I can retain their flavor, but mix them down to lower the mg? If so, How and with what what? They are all 18 mg and I want to cut them in half or so, say about 8-9 mg. Any help would be awesome!

LOG, to cut by 1/2, you will cut 1/2 the flavor. If you had ordered a doubler, this would work. Now depending on how adventurous you are and if you got complimentary flavorings, cut say 2.5 mls of the premade to make 5mls and experiment by adding similar or complimentary flavors. Many start at 10% but I prefer 5% flavor. Remember you already have your diluted flavor, so I'd start by adding no more than 2%. It is really easy to add more. To remove gets to be such a mess in accurately recording what you do it's just not worth it IMO.

Most important....HAVE FUN! It's just juice.

OK DIYers.

I need help!

I made a recipe for Limoncello (the drink) and it tastes very much like Limoncello, which I love, btw... but here's my problem... I can't vape lime. Makes me ill. This uses the FA Lemon Sicily (and anyone can have the recipe, if they want it), so it's not exactly lime.. but because it's based on the Limoncello drink (which IS lemon, but has a twang to it) I'm getting a 'limey' taste that is freeking me out a little. Worrying, really. So any suggestions? I thought about adding blueberry, and have traded for some blueberry, so I'm thinking that may make it more like a blueberry and lemon meringuey taste.

Anyhoo... any ideas or suggestions would be great!
TIA!
