There is nothing yet that does this in ejuices. Some add cinnamon to attemp this effect. Linda of Perfumers Apprentice has been contacted with this question and says there are no molecules that create this effect. A vendor that creates a Fizzy Cola may be adding cinnamon to get a tingling of the tongue sensation. This has been discussed in detail on the thread below. I wish there were, I would buy it by the gallon, lol.

I just started looking at these recipes, and it seems many of these use 25-35% flavoring. Scares the behudda out of me. Imagine a little test tube of juice. A third of it is chemicals we have not the slightest information about in the inhalation toxicity dept. Well, not exactly, as we know the rich buttery ones contain the diketones that cause "popcorn lung", bronchiolitis obliterans, that has killed a number of workers in the buttered popcorn plants.

Safety and Health Topics: WORKER ALERT - Diacetyl and Substitutes

Be that as it may, we're dealing with concentrated flavoring that's used in foods at maybe 1%. Using them at 30% would be considered incompetent waste, numbing the tastebuds. To each his own, but when we switched from smoking to vaping, the intent was to reduce the harm, not to embark on another high risk adventure. If I may just express my humble thoughts: we didn't put candy bars in our cigarettes; maybe we'd be better off using the flavoring more in line with its typical concentration in foods and beverages, and not as a chemical sledgehammer at levels that have never been seen in foodstuffs, let alone directly inhaled?

Diacetyl has been beaten to death on ecf.

We share recipes to let others use them, whether as-is or as a springboard. They represent the culmination of a lot of work to come up with good tasting vapes.

My mixes tend to run between 18 & 24% total flavoring. At 2% they would bite. Maybe I could cut back, but I do this for my own pleasure, what I like.

.......

I agree with the diacetyl statement - it has been beaten to death. I'm glad I know about diacetyl, though, so I can make my own decisions. However, since it has been heatedly debated at times, ppl tend to avoid the discussion thereof - a shame since some new vapers have missed out on the discussion and don't know there is a concern.

I try to stay below 10% myself but agree with mark that sometimes you just have to use higher % in order to satisfy and stay off the cigs which is the ultimate goal :)

Yeah, what salemgold said. I always start at 8-10% but sometimes find myself going higher. I suppose I should stay @ a low enough percentage to just cover the taste of the PG/VG but it's hard sometimes when a little more is better.

You know something just occurred to me. Do most people taste the flavor more with the tongue or with the nose? It's pretty hard to load the juice up with enough flavor for it to be really a strong flavor the same way you taste food. I kinda roll it around and blow it out, and get a lot of the flavor from the scent, the way pipe smokers do. That makes lower percentage flavoring work better. Maybe the people who need 25% flavoring are strictly mouth-tasters?

My mom loves coffee with flavored cream so I made her this and she loved it so thought someone else might too!-))

Total of 15% flavoring
6% cappuccino FL
5% coconut
4% sweet cream
And I add 1-2 drops sweetener(per 10ml) to bring it all together, hope you enjoy!-))

That sounds yummy! I am going to try this one :)

Fruity Fish
25% blue berry
25% raspberry
25% strawberry
13% peach
12% orange
mix it all together and use at 25-50% with nic juice

Denny, this looked so good to me that I thought I would try it out. It is incredible!!! Another favorite to go into rotation.:)

I made it with all Capella's flavorings. The only changes I made is b/c I didn't have Strawberry, Peach or Orange, so I subbed Strawberries & Cream, Peaches & Cream and Orangesicle (was afraid my FlavorWest Mandarin would overpower the other fruits). On a taste scale of 1 to 5, it definitely deserves a +5. Thank you so much for sharing your fantastic recipe.:)

Hmmm that really does sound yummy! I might have to try it out at 10% I try to keep my flavoring at 10 or below and 25-50 is alot of flavoring but I bet it will still be good mixed lower. Thanks for the recipe!

I make one similar to this with PA Caramel Cappucino and sweet cream. I never thought about adding coconut but will give it a shot. Thanks for the recipe. I am here looking for something a little different :)

Fruity Fish
25% black berry (not blueberry) had a blonde moment
25% raspberry
25% strawberry
13% peach
12% orange
mix it all together and use at 25-50% with nic juice (I think 25% is weak)

What brand of flavoring do you use? I am not partial to orange, suggestions on adaptations w/o the orange?
