When you went to upgrade was Escribe updated and then you updated the firmware? At any rate run the update again...

:(

I would contact Evolv asap. It's not a bunch wiki smart guys (me included) that can help you out at this time as I don't think this is common to happen.

Let us know how it plays out for you.

Good luck

Tony

It's all good now I reconnected and downloaded settings and it came back up and updated the firmware. I just cannot find were it shows your firmware version.

Go to the device monitor tab...click on it and then the firmware version is in the far right lower corner.

Taking note: it's possible to recover from a blackout by reconnecting and trying update again.

Also Hard reboot can be your friend. Can't remove the battery so we definitely need that.

I've found reason to use it a couple of times when I saw some wonky resistance readings.
So far it's worked 100%

I was sweating for you and for me... My dna 200 is somewhere in France. Imagine the turn around time in Europe for a bricked board. I sent a dna 40 two weeks ago and I don't expect it before September. I hate postal services [emoji14]

Yes it was updated

Just a note that this has happened a couple times during beta and a failed update can usually be resolved by just running the update again. What was the error message you got if ya recall...

If you open Device Monitor and look in the lower right hand corner you will see the firmware version...
