Thx for the info.... good ya running again.... I found out early on that a quality usb cable is needed.... I had a few cables laying around that caused poor connection and data transfer issues and low charge rates just due to the cable...
I thought I was waiting for VS DNA200, but this is certainly a contender as well. Love the full-metal body.
What's with that hole next to the USB?
Are we at the stage were:
We are waiting for manufacturer to finalize there dna200 products now?
Or is there a limited supply of dna200 chips?
Or is the chip not officially release yet?
I'm trying to work out what the wait time is until we start seeing dna200 devices everywhere.

Hope HCigar will send their prototype to Evolv to check that all the wiring is correct, so they won't have to face same kind of stupid mistake as they had with their first attempt at producing DNA40 mod 
Opus is the only company with a DNA200 mod on the market now. The DNA200 is in "pre-release" or something to that effect. You can buy the chips from quite a few vendors.
Been vaping my shape ways dna200 mod going on 3 days, really awesome chip. In process for one for the "MRS" and another large battery mod for me.
How did you align and locked the screen in place if you don't mind sharing?

I used this
DNA200 1590A Replacement Lid (UGGYDTVB5) by Dznutz
Not a full enclosure, with a 1590a box. The lid had a recess for the board, I test fitted and it aligned perfect. Secured with Kapton tape, 1" wide with the board lifted for access. Used a 1mm screw driver to pull the ribbon into place as I positioned the board in place and mounted the board.
the holder for Mamu's faceplate was dead simple, but waiting on the battery for the enclosure. And BlueRidgeDogs enclosure for the 1300 Gens Ace will be here Saturday and I'll fill you in on that one should you need it.

Could someone upload the STL files of the Evolv case?
I tried to convert the IGS files using 3dtransform.com but always get an error.
I guess I was going to put a DNA40 board in my Waidea flask 'cause my Kester 951 flux came today but did something else. Oh by the way I planned on using rosin core solder with that, is that going to be OK?
Got my Velocity clone and built that with dual coil twisted Kanthal, will do ni later, needed something to compare to.
But my post is to say that my black Kayfun 4 clone with ni200 is greatly improved now that I made some minor modifications to it.

Be forewarned that the USB port may need to be sanded/filed .5mm...some fit, some don't based on the print. I am making the opening bigger to allow for slop, but the round you and I are getting will likely need a small bit of hand work...
