It has a rugged feel to it. Doesn't really feel like plastic. It's very light. The enclosure by itself weights 21gr

He's probably made the wrong assumption that this is a thread about an Evolv mod with the DNA200 chip.
@tchavei that looks great! How open would you be to making the same thing and selling to others? And if you did how much would you charge? I wouldn't mind assembling the thing if I had the components but living in Europe, I don't think it would be cost effective at all. Can't you gather the parts you need and have someone close to you do the soldering? It's only 6 wires for the battery plus two for the 510 connector. Anyone experienced could solder it up in 30 minutes with a few coffee breaks in between?

I live in the UK, but yes your probably right about it not being entirely cost effective. May I ask where you got the case? Yeah I am surprised that they didn't do something life a resetting fuse. Would of made their job alot easier instead of freak accident fuse blowing happening. I guess the socket would be too big(no idea how big those things actually are but yeh
You need:
Case =shapeways (has a processing unit in the Netherlands)
Board = stealthvape, bargain vapour, cloud9vaping, modmaker
510 connector (fdv) = stealthvape, bargain vapor, modmaker, cigreen
Wires (16g) = stealthvape, modmaker
4 screws 2mm x 20mm or even 2.5mm x 25mm (I'm using machine screws but self tapping would be better)
3 screws 1.6mm x 4mm (I'm using machine screws again but here self tapping are MUCH better)
A little tape (I used fiberglass reinforced tape but anything will do) to hold the screen in place and that's it.

Thanks Tony that's a great help, I'll copy your post and make a note of it. I assume the board screws onto the case and also using something to keep the battery still. I will look on YouTube for some videos, I think I have seen one but the guy was using his own case, same stuff should apply. Thanks for your help!
