It is an Opus 200. I would say it generally reads .01 ohm higher than the ipv4 does which makes me question the IPV4s accuracy. Thank you for pointing that out, I'll go read that thread. I'm hoping this issue is limited to the Hanas.

Also,
What is everyone's understanding in the why there is a range of prices for the Protovapor XPV? Looks like they have options like that belt clip which I would want to avoid.

All XPVs are built to order. The lower price is without edge guards or delrin covers, either of which adds $5. The 510 and clip options are all no charge.

Thanks alistairs, realizing now that was a fairly obvious answer so lesson learned (I need to read more carefully), just got excited.

I think I'm going to start putting together a spread sheet of available DNA200 mods with their sizes/dimensions, battery capacities, price, and whether or not the battery is user serviceable if I have time. Would help me figure out what backs up DNA200 device #1.

Ya do that then post it. I'm gonna get a crappy desk top pc from Wal-Mart or somewhere. So I'll be in the market for a DNA 200 soon.

Just found something interesting about batteries!
Maybe the solution for autonomy vs size? Maybe more expensive than a lipo 3s?
This is about the technique, not the quantities of the cell! I can't find a video about a 3s 18650...

How to do it with 3 x 18650 with the balance charging :

I make my own packs from 18650's and use balance chargers. One of my balance chargers is a Yihi charger that was taken out of a IPV4. I mounted it in a battery carry case and use it to charge my Raptor that has two 18650's soldered together in series. I have enough mods that I dont need to swap battery's everything I have is charged internally. It is really easy to do, and can be done safely.

What kind of soldering iron did you use? Any kind of heat can be apply on a 18650 like the sony vtc or the samsung 25r?
I'm affraid to blow the battery ;) !
Now I need to find a box that can carry a 3x18650 + the DNA 200.
The battery will be 37 x 32 x 65 or 55 x 18 x 65 for 2500mah :)

Anyone can tell me the height of the DNA 200 mounted in a box? also with a face plate if so...

You know provided you already have a PC with USB 2.0 capabilities you should be fine without buying a new computer! I use virtualbox to run windows 7 in a PC that started life as a Chromebook and now runs Ubuntu 15.04. If you want any advice I can try and help, i could try talk you through it if you want

Best to take the measurements directly from the specs:

http://www.evolvapor.com/datasheet/dna200.pdf

How high you mount the board will be subjective as you will decide how the balance charger is attached and if you are using a plug for the battery or not and where that plug lays in your case.

I was planning on doing this as well to update the list thread. I'll probably try to include size, battery and Retail price.

Protovapor has theirs out now..XPV DNA-200D | Protovapor.com
For the 510 plate on there, is the second dimension(in 15x1 and 22x2) the height on the plate? I'm considering ordering one of these puppies but I'm concerned about my velocity v2 and mutation v4 sitting flush?

Also is there any word at all(even hearsay) on the lavabox release date and what the lipos will be?

Yes the 1&2 are height dims. Looks like from the pics, if you go with the 22x2 and add the delrin top plate (which is machined to depth) it would sit flush.
Best thing would be to shoot them an email to confirm.

Can assume this is a really stupid question, but whats the difference in having the larger 510? I'm assuming all attys and tanks will work on either, is it just a matter of how they fit or sit?
Depends on the enclosure. For thicker walls a longer 510 will be easier to work with. For a small crampt box, a short 510 does the trick and fits better.

Larger radius or loner thread portion that goes into the mod?

The length of the thread is dictated by the mod material and its thickness (so you get regular or "shorty"). The size of the top disk is governed by the atomizer you want to size if for...all mine are 22mm and I like a 22mm 510.

Okay! Thanks, I think I got it. So it was that direct that I have all 22mm atomizers and tanks, so naturally I would go with the 22mm option. I thought maybe the threads would be the same and it would just be a different external base.
