Someone asked about the visibility of charging info. From top to bottom I configured the display to show the incoming USB voltage, charging current, battery voltage during charge. You can choose different variables during the charging display independent of the 3 values shown during normal vaping.

It is currently being charged by a 1A wall-wart.

Surly it's USB current not charge current @ 0.9 A from a 1 A supply, unless it's the 4.2 V to each of the 3 cells.

I wouldn't be surprised if Evolv releases a 100w version that'll work with two 18650s later on, or even a 60-70w version that'll work with one 18650 (though even 60w is a bit more than a 20 amp battery can handle once the voltage gets low enough). Kinda like the DNA25. Changeable batteries are a definite selling point for me, and I have plenty of 18650s (and I like small mods), so that kind of board would be much more interesting for me.

I hope for this too, I don't see the adoption rate of the DNA200 to be anything like the DNA40 had. Seems to me it would have been smarter to at least match what the SX350 is doing and then release a monster 200 for the enthusiast. Jumping from a 3.7 volt input to 11.1 is very aggressive but must have been the only way they could achieve a higher amperage output. If this has a fraction of the issues of the 40 it will be a disaster that they might not recover from IMHO.

The SX350 still seems like a better purchase even once this releases..... Being one that owns both, the SX chip outperforms the DNA40 even below 40 watts (output quality, battery life and feature set).

I would do that but......... The wife would probably kill me! Her big beautiful Mac!! You don't want to know what happened when I tried to update her iPhone and lost all of her stuff, wasn't pretty, almost had to leave town!!

I don't own a Mac but I would think that you could install it using VMware onto an 8GB USB flash drive and use it as a boot drive?

Your wife would never know... ;)

Little off topic, but helpful for mac users that might not want the hassle associated with creating a boot drive with Windows.

I just bought one of these myself solely for the license key (was using Win 7 Ultimate ISO trial), but I also received a 16GB USB flash drive with Win 7 already installed.

Contact this seller and see if he has anymore of them? (I paid $45 for mine shipped)

Windows 7 Ultimate Installer 16GB USB Drive with HDD Genuine New COA License | eBay

I can verify that this is a legitimate offer, the boot drive is genuine as is my license key. You'll receive the 16GB USB flash as well as an authentic OEM Windows 7 sticker that you can attach to your computer (or wherever).

I just activate mine yesterday and have signed up for a free upgrade to Windows 10 when it's released.

So, Cloudmaker is launching with a dna 200 option as well. This is going to be the path I go. Giggity.
I have to go find out about that. I've been watching/waiting for Cloudmaker for quite a while and I'm one of the "500". Fill us in on the info if you can.

I'd likely go SX for the first one but the option to go DNA is a big positive if all goes well after a while.

The whole modular build approach of Cloudmaker is the one thing that just might make me go DNA 200 for my first Whiteout mod. It would be possible to have a second/third LiPo pack (ok...maybe in a LiPo burn bag)...but at least I could change batteries on the beach. If I end up not liking the DNA 200 I could go back to my tried and true SX with only a minor hiccup.

Damn Matilda....gotta rethink this whole thing.:)

Exactly. I've never been so excited for a device.
