LOL - good question.
First off, I tape a template to the case using double-sided sticky tape. Then, if it's a rectangular hole, I dremel out the hole to within about a mm to the edges of the hole's border, then I work the hole with needle files until I get the size needed. If it's simply a round hole, I either use the dremel bit or I use the drill press.
gravewolf - With it being a 1200 mAh battery, probably 8-12 hours.

mamu - What box did you use to build this? I know you said it is a 9v box. I have a 1000 mAh 20C pack and a chip set out of a Lavatube that I would like to use to build something like this. Do you have the dimensions of the inside of the case? Thank you for the inspiration.

Gravewolf - Im not saying this info is incorrect, just that there are a lot of factors that go into determining vape time. You said you are a chain vapor, and if you vape at higher watts you might not see that kind of vape time.
It may not be a big deal if you use the DNA usb charger and are around a usb port most of the time.
I have found similar mAh lipo's outlast the AWR type cells.
I hear people say they vape at high watts and a particular battery lasts all day...etc....etc. I put people into two main categories....all day vapers and smoke break vapers....and as such their vape day is dramatically different.
I'm lucky enough to be an all day vaper....set at my desk at work and vape, etc....When I was using high drain 2000 mAh 18650's I could use one up in an 8 hour work day, and I'm not a high watt vaper.
I think a 3000 mAh lipo with decent C rating is about right for an all around battery. It should last all day for even the most determined vaper, and using a DNA charger will charge from dead to full in ~6 hours which is my average sleep time.
I'm currently using this 6000 mAh 65-130C lipo, ~2.3 ohm tanked carto at 7.5 watts and it will last 4-5 days on a full charge. Doesn't really fall into the stealth category, but its what I'm using and know the data for.

Kind of figured but thought I would post any ways. I will be buying the charging board off eBay for ~$3.

Same here, plus I vape at 15W. I get 5-6 hours vape time with the 1200mAh batt in this mod before the batt needs a charge.
I use my merlin daily as a stealth mod, but yet again, i am shown that we have come a long way! beautiful!

I did another version - one with all black buttons. I prefer the black bigger fire button for front and center, but like the all silver buttons look better. And I've been outvoted by my kids and BG to do the all silver, smaller buttons version. People just gots no love for my beefy fire buttons.
