Lexi and Max are purdy... and I love love the loooong vape time Max is giving me (I clocked 32 vape hours running @ 15W), but Milo is my fave DNA20D mod so far. I just love the size and fit in my hand. Plus he's rugged and with him not as purdy as Lexi and Max I don't worry about scratches.

mamu, what size PTC fuses are you using? It seems I read somewhere you are fusing each cell but I cant recall where I saw it to reference. It will be a couple weeks before my enclosure and batts arrive, trying to get all my ducks lined up so I wont wear the table out drumming my fingers waiting for more parts to arrive.

Do you cover the DNA 20 screen with lexan or anything or is it just exposed, flush with the case? If you use a plastic cover, how do you adhere it to make it look so clean?

I ask the seller for cases with no words or printing on them. Some sellers won't do it so I won't buy from them, but William Pei has been really good about it. Sometimes I've had to wait until they're in stock though. I've bought both the Max case and the Lexi case from him.

Yes - that's the case for Max - good price on it too looks to be on sale right now. I had to do some extensive dremeling on the inside along each side to remove the bar inserts so everything would fit. For the batts, just search for 1800mAh 20 C. I couldn't find any that came in singles, so bought the 3 in series set. And I used Evolv's micro-USB charging board instead of the board that came with the case. With the way it's packed on the inside, there's not an unch of room to spare.
These 2000 mAh cells look like they would fit.

I seen some hobby king gear when she was testing the DNA20.
I have came to realize that mamu's mods are very deliberate in design and flawlessly executed.

LOL - I'm aware of hobby king. I had the 1800mAh batts that I bought from a l i e x p r e s s some time back that I had used for another project and had spares left over to put in Max.
I ordered a few from your link to see if they would fit in Max (they are 1mm more in depth x2 = 2mm more than the 1800mAh batts). Depth and width are at a premium in Max. I hope they fit - 2200mAh x 2 = awesomesauce.
LOL - not always true. There are times that I wing it depending on what I have on hand vs waiting for the mailman.
