You mean like a Kabuki with a 1.8 ohm coil head sitting on top of a P3 fogging up an office suite with max VG at 6.2W?

On another note, I was talking to a fellow vaper out here in real life last night, and he used the term "tootle puffer" when I pulled out my rig. I kid you not.

A Zen Atty, not a Kabuki. A Zen Atty is for slow, relaxed vaping, especially when auto dripping. Long, deep draws...

Ok, I came to this thread late...
I've seen some posters on this site calling Tootle Puffers "newbies". That's hogwash. I've been vaping for almost six years. Rebuilding Protank heads for half that time. I've used a Goliath tank, I've got a Plume Veil, but I still end up with Protank/EVOD toppers. With a fine-tuned 1.6Ω coil build. Sure, I can throw a coil into the dripper and blow bignasty clouds at 20W...but then I'm just blowing clouds for the sake of blowing clouds. I prefer to puff like a pipe or a cigar. Doesn't make me a noob.

Out in the wild? The wild knows of TPuffin?

But I guess that dropping a Head from a good distance should be avoided, especially onto anything hard.

Ahhhhhh.... Putting this in Chapter 31 of my book, Life Lessons Via Vaping.

BETTY is a TPuffer. Nod. ;)

Down here they're always called farts, and if you care to be a bit less vulgar, "poots".

The name was assigned in complete jest, for those of us who like higher ohms and lower wattages, and don't typically make big clouds -- we're just sorta tootling along. The entire thing is a joke, but does give us conservative/low-key vapers a way to identify ourselves to one another. You should talk to @Katdarling about it, she's Head Instigator of the thread. :D

Mod-wompers are those who are neither tootlers nor cloud chasers, OR, they vape in all the different ways and enjoy them all. And there's usually a lot of music vids posted in that thread of some truly outstanding music. :D And coil porn, LOTS of interesting coils on display. I can't participate in radical builds, but I enjoy seeing the creativity.

It's all just Fun With Vaping. :thumb:

And BTW, nice to see you back; haven't seen ya around in a while. :thumb:

Andria

Andria, Whenever I see ANY of your posts anymore I still think of your reply back to me about Chinese QC, and I still Crack Up.
There is no QC at all. Ever. Anywhere in China. They don't care about quality, only quantity and price -- "You want cheap, we make cheap. It break, you buy another." In fact I'm not sure that QC exists anywhere outside a Rolls or BMW factory.

I still can't get past the silly names we've given ourselves here. "Tootle puffers" = let's puff farts. Yes, that's what I mean. That's the only thing that comes to mind. "Toot" = fart when I was growing up. When I read the words "tootle puffer" or hear someone say them, my mind instantly translates it into "I'm a fart puffer!"

Same with "stinkies". Aka "analogs". Both terms are like nails on a chalkboard to me. "I am trying to quit the stinkies". "Stinkies" is also a euphemism for farts. "Ooops, I let out a stinky." [No Farts, flatulence, the "pvvvrrt" sound of a quiet passing of gas. Analog is a clock or a synthesizer, not a cigarette. A cigarette is called a cigarette. When you were a smoker before you were a vaper, did you ask your friend to bum a "stinky" off of them? Or an "analog"? I can just imagine one smoker asking another, "can I tootle puff one of your stinkies?" or, "Can I bum an analog off you?" The looks you'd get would be worth seeing.

Modwhomper sounds like Chumbawamba. I do not get knocked down, I don't have to get up again.

I am neither of these. I don't puff toots, I don't whomp whomp. I just am.

Farts, farts, farts. Toots. Puffing. Breathing in and out farts. I challenge you to open a bag or pork rinds, sniff it deep, and remind yourself you're a Tootle Puffer

P.S. Moist. How many people do I know who hates the word "moist". So if you're reading this and you think my hatred of a word or term is silly, but the word "moist" still grosses you out, let me be the first to say:

Moist Moist Moist Moist Moist Moist Moist

and all the implications and thoughts and feelings the word "moist" brings to your mind.

Understand?
Oh man oh man......my sides are aching, splitting actually from laughing so hard, eyes all teared making it harder to read the rest of this. Rocketpunk, you made my night even better as now its time for me to turn in. Appreciate the good laughs. Also, along with you other fart puffers...... ow, my stomach hurts...... ill puff a fart all day tomorrow at work. I love this forum!!!! ~ fart puffer by day, Chumbawamba by night, Ablonz pvvvrrt:banana:pvvvrrt:banana:pvvvrrt:banana:pvvvrrt:banana:pvvvrrt:banana:pvvvrrt:banana:pvvvrrt:banana:pvvvrrt Here, have some bananas on me.

I know plenty of tootle puffers and they've been vaping that way for years. I'm new to vaping and started with tootle puffing but it just didn't satisfy me. As soon as I started sub ohming I was able to quit smoking. I say to each their own as long as the person is satisfied who cares?

Don't fret, we'll have you tootle puffin the right way in no time

Anymore we see this all the time.
The norm is seeing noobs trying to use tootle puffing rigs with low nic cloud chasing juice, saying it doesn't work for them. (wouldn't have worked for me either)

Anyone that listens and takes rip trippers seriously needs a long lie down in a dark room nothing comes out of his trap till the money has hit his account the man is to sincerity what Saddam Hussein was to humanitarianism and as such I put more faith in the toots out of my dogs backside as I do in what he says. As to groups and belonging to one I'm only in one and that's vaping other then that I don't have one particular way of vaping or preference I vape depending on my mood so one hour it can be 1.8 at 12 watts the next hour it can be .4 at 60 watts. All that matters is that we are all vaping and not smoking and those pushing one group or slamming another usually have reasons for doing it that have nothing to do with vaping and all to do with $$$$$$'s more fool us if we play into it. Vape what you enjoy and everyday is a victory and a day you can be proud that you are now a vaper.

A lot of people consider them beginners because almost every vaper out there started as a tootle puffer.

There's also this... Some people compare equipment thinking higher grade equipment makes them less of a newbie* but like in racing there's different classes for instance a ford focus may not be as fast as a mustang but there's still races in each class and each one could be potentially top of it's class.

There's a big difference between a beginner and tootle puffer but generally they usually use about the same equipment. Not all of them mind you.

I don't vape to be cool or like the Jones. I am perfectly happy at 8-9 watts. I never cared too much what others thought of what I do.

It works for what I need it to. The end.

This is my thought exactly, I drive a 25 year old truck with close to 300,000 miles but it's better than making car payments and paying $300 for car insurance. I vape the way I want to vape, I don't like taking lung hits and fogging up my car.

I would take the Focus over the mustang, that's a good comparison. The Kayfun is the Focus and the Mustang is a TFV4. Sure the TFV4 puts out A LOT of vapor but it also goes through 5 mils of juice in about an hour (or less if you chain vape), the kayfun might go through what 10 ml in one day? Plus vaping at 80+ uses a lot of watt hours.
