Yeah we do recommend other mods, sometimes... the VMax and the Vamo are probably the most hyped at the moment. Make sure you get the stainless steel versions, they are pretty durable, but not in the same league as a ProVari.

My first justification for buying my second one was the "what if the first dies - I don't want to flip back to analogs while I waiting" thought. When I got the second one I figured out rather quickly that it was a great to use as a second flavor device. Now I don't have to take the 5 seconds to screw on a new tank.
I have a DiD clone on one for out and about, and a Zap on the other for around the house. The top cap on the Zap is just too easy to pop off, I did just that a few weeks ago lifting a 40lb bag of dog food out of my shopping cart. Didn't notice till I was just about to the highway on ramp, had to make a mad dash back to the store to find it and there it was in the cart.

I only have one Provari, but I also have a bunch of back ups, 2 GLV's and several ego twists and a couple ego type 808 threaded batts. So if something is not working I have a ton of back ups bnrk
bnrkWell, after considering all of your advice, I decided to order one mini - white. I may end up ordering a second one later. We'll see. I did get the extension cap. That way I can really see how big the regular is.
I also ordered a phiniac tank. I hated the idea of putting my cheapo $10 carto tank on the provari. I felt it would need something classier. After watching the videos on the guy throwing that tank, I was hooked. I have always used cheap cartos in my cheapo tanks and just haven't been really happy with them, so I got some boges. I'm hoping I will like them much better. And, i ordered a bunch of samples of juice from fuzion vapors.
So then all that's left is to wait on the mail! In a few days I'll have a whole new set up! I have a feeling the combo of better quality everything will make me a much happier vaper. After three years of sticking to the low end of everything, I am excited to see if better quality gear really does make a difference.

Now you have one, back it up with a good mechanical. I would go with a Legacy, T- manufacturing. You'll have peace of mind. Now , sit back and enjoy.

lol, yes I did buy batteries. I bought four 18350's and four 18490's. That may be a bit of overkill, but we go camping occasionally and recharging is not always an option. I wanted to be sure I had four good days of power.
This is what I did. First, I bought a provari from the for sale section on this forum. While I had the Provari I also had a Volt X2. I like the Provari so much that I took it everywhere with me. Then about two months later that is when I got the second Provari.
Just do it in stages, then you are set for life.

I'll tell you right now I'll be ordering another one in the near future! I am thrilled with it! New Cisco 306 atty and a crap ton of fuzion vapor juice and I have been like a kid in a candy store!
My hubby thought I was quite nuts for spending so much and kind of poo-pooed it yesterday when it came it. He totally didn't get why I was so excited. Well, today, I handed it to him with a fresh atomizer and some absolutely incredible frozen chocolate-covered banana juice and he took three hits. Loved the juice, btw. So, he goes back down to his office and hour later comes back up complaining that he can't get a good hit off his egos and cheap carto tank and says, "I'll have to buy myself one of those provari things." lol That absolutely made my day!
