Ok, here's one of those sad stories. I heard about the e-cigs about a year ago on one of those radio or tv ads (forget which). So I decide to give it a try. Wished I had thought to research it more before hand, Wish I had found this forum before. But as the saying goes, wish in one hand, poop in the other and see which fills up faster. Anyway, I DID go in for the "free-trial" offer. About a week later I got a charger in the mail. No battery, no e-cig, just a charger. Then I see my bank account had been charged $90 for something, and again for $40 but all i had was a charger. Needless to say, and to make a long painful story short, It took me 2 & 1/2 months, many many phone calls and lots of letters written, along with money spent sending said letters certified, etc. I finally got most of my money back. They claimed they sent all the product, which they didnt. I actually had to close and re-open a bank account as they kept trying to charge me more. I was convinced all e-cig companies were crooks and gave up trying. UNTIL my sister told me about V4L and how good the company was and that you DONT have to commit to anything you dont want! So now I tell everyone about the ECF, and that you should never ever trust a "free-trial" for anything! Lesson learned. I am now a happy Vapor-er and very happy customer.
