As an aside, I've noticed that most of the commercialized e-cigs on the market tend to be of low quality anyway. It wasn't until I started with my 510 (getting an eGo soon) that I started to really enjoy vaping. Most e-cigs you hear about (aside from these forums) only come in 2-6 (usually bad) flavors. They also tend to cost around as much as some of the better mods that are out there.

This is a great post. I have already been using a product but I am very anxious to sample others. I read what looked like a wonderful ad with top notch endorsements (CNN and other news stations). I also read that fine print. Sadly for that company they will just anger potential customers. This is a wonderful concept it should really sell itself once it is in you're hands. There was no need to force feed. Now they will never see my business. Thanks for posting this.

I didn't have this happen with the e-cig but it sounds exactly the same as what happened with Acai Berry Pills to lose weight. I did end up getting every cent back though after 6 months and about probably 40 calls to them. They expect you to forget about your refund and then you never get it back but if you are on top of it and persistent about what you want then they finally get sick of you calling and eventually give you to a supervisor. Once I got to the supervisor and told her I filed a complaint with the BBB and put them on an online Scam Warning list, she knew I was already past the point of being "played" with and knew I wasn't going to put up with her bull..... and did what I told her to do. It still did take a couple more calls but I made her give me her 1st and last name a direct # for her so if I didn't get my money back I would call her back specifically. Don't be fooled by their false promises, and make sure you have them give you the name of their company, they generally operate under 3 or 4 different names to fool patrons further. It's a shame they can get away with these scams. I felt so dumb for falling for it but when you want something bad enough you seem to not use your better judgement and let your guard down. I won't do it ever again though, I stay away from EVERYTHING that has "free" in the offer.

When you have a problem, and the first customer service person you talk to is not COMPLETELY helpful, immediately go to a supervisor.
And since the first customer service person you talk to is NEVER helpful, always go immediately to a supervisor.

The general job description of a customer service person that works for these types of companies is...
--Get the customer off the phone as soon as possible
--Try to get them to think you did something useful
--Hope they give up in frustration and don't call back

I don't even bother with talking to the customer service people anymore.
My issues are always far too complicated for them, and well above their paygrade.

I always insist on talking to a supervisor right away.
And they almost always take care of the issue.

I think a good idea would be to promote this site so that it gets better ratings in search results. I as well came across these trial sites during my search for info on the subject before other things, I've came across this form about a week after placing my order with totally wicked, just based on some readings around I decided not to go with usually $80 or more starter packs and decided to go with a bare minimum one I found there, which I later found out to be a joye tech or something and didn't have alot of extra fluff.

The funny thing is that I'm a non - smoker only because I find actual smoke irritating, I like the smell cigars leave after the smoke dissipates. Anyway, after some research and came across other expects of ecigs, such as other flavors then tobacco which drew me into the fold and trying vaping, such as not having to buy carts all the time and custom flavors. So after three weeks and using the 510 I got from tw and some flavors I picked up from I believe it was blue mist something, I decided that today I want to custom my own flavors because I want the flavor to be more heavy with a little less nic in them, many cause i vapped the first time so long that I got a pretty good buzz I think after 3-5 times, so maybe 16 or 24 mg is not for me. I'm looking at three companies to place my next order and try to keep it under 80 :p
