My buddy and his girlfriend ordered the V2 kit. Spent about $150-175 i think for the ultimate kit. Ended up with a 808 PCC, and regular case, 3 batts, a passthru, and an a$$load of dry carts :p . $15pcc + $5case + $10x4batts + $5 charger= $70. I don't think 20 carts cost $100 do they :p

Thank you everybody on this forum! I've been lurking since before I'd ordered my own. Ended up getting a simple 808 setup - 1 manual, 1 auto, and a PCC.

Hi there. what about the new "trend" of offering disposable? Its a bad deal only if you really don't like it still, paying like 15$ for a disposable and not liking it is a lot better than paying 100$ for a starter kit and not liking it.

Some even offer you a discount (same amount as the disposable) on your 1st order for a non-disposable device. Any thoughts on this?

A good disposable is a good way to try out vaping.
But it will not be very cost effective if you find out you do like vaping.

I was actually really tempted to try a cheap disposable, but then thought that it would probably be of average quality and if I didn't like it I'd always wonder if it was the crappy product rather than vaping itself that I didn't like. And then I'd end up buying a better quality kit anyway, so no money saved at all! I'm thinking that if I don't like vaping once I get my first order, then I'll just pass it on to someone else and maybe they'll have better luck.

I got lucky and found a basic kit at a smoke shop for ten bucks and surprisingly enough it wasn't all that bad except they told me the carts were disposable and they got me for about two five packs before I found out about this site and learned that even the disposable ones can be refilled. Now I have a kgo and although I thought the dual coil cartomizers were the best thing ever I have actually started dripping, at least away from work since I'm a local truck driver its just not very safe to drip and drive although I'm guilty of trying to. yea that's a kgo not ego, I'm not a seller just a user that got good info here and on u-tube, thanx grimm, and unlike most I think I my never go to anything else, love it.
