I saw the Blu cig on the evening news and immediatley went on line to check it out. Had never heard of an electronic cig, anyways I saw that Walgreens had disposables so next day went and got one. was amazed how well it worked and so bought a few more. Then I started researching online and finally settled on a company that sounded good and had good reviews, got my kit on Nov 19th 2011 and haven't had a smoke since. Within a few weeks I was already ordering juice and blank cartomizers and filling my own. Glad I never got caught up in some of the gimmicks out there. I even found a juice store about 40 minutes away so if I am ever in a jam I can always get supplies, but they are a lot more expensive than ordering online, even with the shipping costs. I can't believe after 45 years of smoking I was able to quit so easily with the PV.

I got lucky and found revolverEcig.com as I was looking to cut across from analogs. They have been great in the customer service department and the products have been solid performers. I have had the Ion and the Elite, which are both ok, but once I got the Talon Tank I have never gone back. I will have to post the rest of the old kits to send them off to other users as i will not go back to carts.

I heard those adds on the radio and even called, but I wouldn't give a CC and gave up the idea.

Couple years later and I found the local store selling cigirex. Figured it was worth a try. I kind of liked them, but the carts and
And the. Batts were inconsistant. I drive a truck and while I was on the road, I ran out of carts.
This forced me to try the mistic ecig. Not compatible with the cigirex and just as inconsistant.
I'm using smokeless image volts now and I love them. Thanks to this site I'm a happy camper now.

I actually came out to the good on a free trial offer. Having said this, it was only because of reading these posts and knowing what to expect. I have a couple of pre-paid mastercards in my name that I had ordered.

I loaded the one with $20 and used it to get a (supposedly) no-obligation free trial. Their hook was that they would automatically send you cartridges every month and charge you handsomely for them. They boasted about how you could cancel at any time and still keep the starter set. I got the starter set and tried to cancel the next week.

They make you jump through all kinds of hoops to cancel. I had to call them and obtain a cancellation number then they insisted on sending a paper letter requesting cancellation with the cancellation number. They also said it would take about 8-12 weeks to process a cancellation. I did all of this and just never loaded the card any further.

In a nutshell, I got a 510 starter kit for $20 which was about 1/2 cost of buying outright. But had I not used a disposable cc, I would have payed quite a bit more than the kit and cartridges were worth.

I got my first E-cig from a trial just like the ones discussed on this thread. I read the fine print and the information was disclosed clearly that if I didn't cancel within 15 days after the purchase, my card would be charged for the full amount of $80.00 in addition to the shipping and handling. I can understand why someone would get upset, but I thought the trial was a good opportunity to try e-cigs without the risk of paying for a useless product. That's just my opinion. If you think 15 days is long enough to figure out if you like E-cigs, I would recommend the trials. That is assuming that the company gives you a refund. I am basing my opinion off my own experience.
