Each Tube comes in a thingy but if you purchase one of the others an note you want the one for the 25 they will switch it. be sure to say if it is a Standard or XL. We do need to get the 25 or large thingys up there. We are phasing out the small ones because we often have to use the medium anyhow for 19mm decorated tubes and even once in awhile a clear tube will be just fat enough to want to stay in there. We also have Insignificant thingys for the very small tubes we sell and Giantic thingys sized for the 30mm tank which is on the horizon.

We will have over 500 on this first run. That will be 100 sets in each color and some extras (maybe 50) in Green for a sixth color I think. As soon as we get fit on them verified the shop will do another run to send off to plating and get the Stainless ones going. Second run will be 5K pieces each and follow within about three weeks of the first ones coming out. They also ran out the extra material so there is close to 200 sets waiting so when we see which color is going first we have them sent to plating so between getting the first run and the second run there will be a few more. I dont think we will run out other than maybe certain colors.

Been thinking about doing a matching drip tip like the hourglass one we have on the site, just hesitant about it because it would be around $6.00 retail for an anodized drip tip and that kind of sucks but I think it would be nice to have them to match the caps.

Will also be following with special bottom caps for different devices. Will take some time on this but I would like to cover most all of the more popular devices with perfect bottoms. Each piece is a big commitment for us as I have said before so we take it a day at a time.

Sounds good, OCD. Glad to know I shouldn't miss out.

$6 isn't bad for a drip tip considering there are some that go for up to $100. It will be hard to please everyone with a drip tip...some like the hour glass shape but some (me) prefer straight and as short as possible. But having the option of a drip tip that perfectly matches the color of the tank caps would be a huge bonus.

Very interested in the special bottom caps, especially if the ProVari is one of the devices and it hides that slant in the top cap. I absolutely hate devices with a slanted top cap.

We will just have to see how it goes with the drip tips, I agree though that folks would like to have them matching. Maybe we could do a few different styles.

BTW I will be posting here in this thread when we get the caps in before they actually go on the site so you guys will have a heads up they are about to land.

I got the washers in for the 22s the other day and we also finally sourced some silicone rubber in both white and blue so we will be getting some options to the the black washers. These will be coming along in the next several weeks.

Also should note that the 19s are currently off the site. I had a miscommunication with the shop that makes the washers for those and we missed our just in time on them by a few days. They will be back up next week, we have plenty of caps and tubes but without the washers we cannot ship them.

I know that several of us have been waiting for the 22's and I for one need several! I would love to have matching drip tips and I would pay the $6.
Put them all together as a limited "Offspring Special" waiting...waiting.....:D

OCD - I think the matching drip tip idea is brilliant, and you could create a new starter kit to include the drip tip which I think would be an excellent product. I looked at the hourglass tip on your site and it looks like it would be very comfortable to use.

Do you (or anyone else) have any preference when comparing to maybe a ming (vase) style or pawn style tip?

Well tomorrow starts a new week for the rest of the world, us... well we work most every day but I think this coming week we will be getting word on the anodized caps.

Been thinking some more on the drip tip and going to do up a few drawing to pass by the bean counters. Had the idea for several different styles to go along with the hourglass and like the names Pawn, Bishop and Rook (hourglass) and will also look at The Prince and the Pauper which will be a large fancy tip and small plain one.

Like the idea of including them in with a complete tank Blu, always easier to mark things down a bit in a bundle..

Will show some drawing of what I am thinking on these later.

This is what has popped out of my keyboard thus far "The Rook" (Blue XL) "The Pawn" (Gold Standard) and "The Bishop" (Red Standard).

For "The Prince" kind of thinking a Persian ala Taj Mahal kind of inspiration and "The Pauper" a short and simple tip.
