I ordered a 22mm tank Thursday. Like two days ago. And I'm vaping with it already. Shipping this quick is impossible! I live on the other coast!

You guys rock! I ordered the black, and it is beautiful!! Fits nice and tight against the glass and carto, the edges line up perfectly, and now I have a thingy to fiddle!

"We dont have dimensions for ?????, we suggest an inexpensive pair of digital calipers from Harbor Freight if you dont already have some to measure accurately as a godd addition to any vaper toolbox. If you can provide good measurements we will try and match up a tube for you. We have many sizes available in the "Cut to Length" Category"

As far as the air hole goes, we dont currently provide any drilling.

Hey OCD, I have a quick question, I ordered two 19 XL complete tanks, and a bunch of cartos. I wanted to get some for the standard 19 tank I already got from you, and others for the XL. But it was late at night, and I messed up and ordered just a bunch of standard length Smok 2.0 cartos. In about 1.5 hours I noticed my mistake, and sent an email, but never got a reply. Today, I received an email stating that my order was shipped. Is there any chance you guys noticed the email before shipping?

Other than that, I love your tanks! I am so glad I decided to give it a try after using only clearomizers. The quality, price, and effort you and your family put into these things is amazing!

Not sure if they got swapped out or not. Would be happy to exchange them if you want to send them back though. Since you are in CA shipping should be super quick.

The girls packed an awful lot of orders over the weekend, they even shipped Saturday and I think yours might have went out then. We dont normally ship on Saturday but we have a couple other things that had to go out so off it went for everything that was packed.

Lol BA, I am surprised I havent seen any pics posted around because the girls have sent out a ton of these things already. Of course the USPS isnt always lightning fast so some are surely just getting to folks plus todays orders was a pretty huge Monday so maybe later this week we will start to see these.

Wanted to shout out big big props to tjloa for being so damned tenacious in getting what he wants. He led me to a solution for one of the problems we have been having with our shopping cart. There is still some other issues and we have a new developer who is local to us looking over the site now. Once we get the cart all fixed up we will move on to some other things we have been wanting to add to the store to give us more flexibility in product options.

Also wanted to note that we just got in a couple new things. One is eGo winder batteries we are going to be making up kits with and the other is a big big roll of White Silicone rubber we had been waiting on. The rubber will be sent off to our shop that makes the washers under the caps to be cut. Should be a few weeks and we will have these as an option for all three tank sizes. In a couple more weeks we are expecting a roll of Blue.

Anyhow, thanks again TJ, you rock man... it is tough to think your store is turning away customers and you just cant figure out why so getting a solution to this issue really makes us feel good.

I'm really liking these colored anodized caps. I'm going to get a few more different colored set-ups. Great for referencing juices. I have blueberry in the blue tank and watermelon in the red tank. I need green and yellow for my two other favorite juices, green apple and pineapple peach.
