Woot... an Xmas tank, got a picture? I thought those were so cool and was tickled when The Mrs thought about gifting them ;) Actually surprised that I havent seen some of these yet because she has sent out quite a few. They are pretty random surprises and I hope those who get them appreciate the thought as you obviously do.

New member of the OCD family (and cartos in general). Seeing as how this was my first time priming ANY carto, I did not fiddle my thingy, but NEXT time I will. Seems so much easier and less messy. I will definitely be teaching my friend how to this weekend, though. The fiddling CAN be taught!

Btw, that's a 19XL loaded with a Boge SR Slotted and Hybrid's Dolce Cubano 6mg. Taste is very nice.

Looks like it was made for the Evic and the refilling drip tip too... on the teaching of fiddling ones thingy, yes it can be taught but depending on how in depth you go finding the right student might carry some importance.

TJ, me too... I had hoped we would see some pictures of the xmas surprises. Have to get onto The Mrs to redouble her efforts ;)

Feels like it, too. Something in me still wants to get a 22 and see how it would look on the eVic, though.

Here it is all loaded up. I noticed the bubbles when I screwed it down. Apparently I'm a natural-born fiddler!

It does appear so, you even have the tank inverted. Easier to clean out the cap if you fiddle too much. Fiddling too much I try to avoid, its not the end of the world but you have to be extra careful on a super light draw for awhile to dry it up some along with the associated cleanup on isle three.

Hi OCD I placed order 15mm tanks and 10 XL cartos.

Confirmed purchase this morning! Now I have a nice 15mm XL coming with red caps for the Christmas season!!! (and a spare 15mm tank to use when my hot pink halfling just isn't quite enough juice!)

This will make 5 IBTs for me now... You guys are awesome! Thanks!

:( I forgot to put the vanity ring in for the 15mm tank... bah humbug!

The Cloud is more of a textured White than frosted. Small distinction but I wouldnt want you to get a tube and it be different from what you expected

I have received my 4th Tank from your firm and I love them. However, 1 of the 4 was ordered with a Cloud finish and I dislike it tremendously compared to the other 3 that are Clear. Maybe it is my eyes but I have a hard time seeing the quantity of liquid in the Tank. How can you fix this?

Storing a Filled Tank?

Now that I have 4 Tanks how do you people store them without the possibility of them drying out. Excuse this question since I am unable to find info on this and I am 3 weeks into this. Lets say I store 3 of them in a Case what would you recommend as the time frame to start rotation for use?

If the tank is so opaque as to completely obscure the liquid level a complaint to the girls would most likely net a replacement ;) Generally on the tougher to see through ones holding it up to a light is all that is needed.

As far as storage, nothing special needed. I have left tanks for weeks on a device or on my desk with no problems. Putting it into the thingy it was shipped in though would ensure that it stays free of dust and would of course keep it sealed. One thing about storing a tank, cartomizer tanks are less likely to suffer from temperature expansion when nearly full. It is the air that expands when it warms up. If storing a tank that is low or nearly empty I would put it on its side or even upside down so the cartomizer holes are not in the liquid. I do the same thing when going over a nearby mountain pass for the same reason.

My previous tank wasn't as big as my IBT so I didn't really care about the extra juice in it, but I'm wondering since I only vape a carto till it tastes off if it would be ok to reuse that juice in it? (unlike a kanger product that burns and pollutes the juice). What would be the best way to do that? Hold IBT upside down, put finger in hole, pull out carto and put new one in? Or is there an easier way? I'm new to cartos only been using them 2 weeks or so one I had before was a smok and like I said the volume wasnt anything to worry about.

Thats the way i always swap mine too other than I start with the tank right side up and flip as I run the new cartomizer in to try and keep the open end of the new cartomizer above the liquid so it does not run into it. Done quickly it probably wouldnt have time for enough to bother it to get in there.

Be sure to prime the new cartomizer well once you get it in there.
