Is the correct O Ring size figured out yet? It seems the O Rings supplied with my 19mm xl tank are either too tight or too loose. I thought the smallest ones where good, but they really are too loose. I'm using the xl smok tech 3.2 that came with the tank kit and my Boge xl 3.0. Is this problem solved yet? My 25mm xl tank seems fine.

We have a few different sizes... I dunno whats going on with issue of fit because every cap is checked using VG Lube, a Refilling Drip tip and one of our smoke cartos. I saw where someone posted the carto that came with the tank was perfect but using another carto it was tight. I honestly cannot tell anyone if there is some different cartos floating about. We have been trying to do what we can to help folks get a fit that works for them, myself I like a tight fit and have no problems in changing a carto out or lowering it to fill, the Mrs is the one who checks most of these and while I am a pretty big guy she is not.

One thing to note, if trying to insert a carto without some kind of cover for the sharp end then certainly it will seem like an impossible task to get it to go through. I have noticed that the refilling drip tip we provide with the complete tanks and also sell on the site has a tendency to tilt over if pressed over off of a straight centerline with the carto and this will expose part of the sharp edge of the carto letting it catch on the oring. It works fine as long as everything is lined up but if pushed over the carto stops at the oring and this might be part of the problem folks are having. One way to test this is to use another drip tip to see if a carto will push through ok that way. Most any aluminum anodized drip tip is the same diameter as a carto and should work fine. Some acrylic or plastic ones will work also but I have seen some that are a larger diameter and they will not work.

We are working on getting the orings individually packaged with sizes on them so that folks will know the difference. We have for some time been shipping two different sizes for the inside so that has been a total of 6 extra orings that come with the tank.

The current orings we are shipping are 9.5x2 for the outside and 10.1x1.6 and 012 for the inside, these two allow for a looser/tighter choice but they are a little tough to tell apart and you have to look closely to sort them which is why the Mrs has started shipping them with the 012 in a separate bag to be used to tighten things up if needed.

For a short time recently we were shipping with the 012 and 9.5x1.5 that we had always used before but this last run of caps was a little looser so the 9.5x1.5 got a little too loose so we switched to the 10.1x1.6 so if you got a set of those and you feel the 012 are too tight and the others too loose then send me a note with an order number and we will send you out some of the 10.1x1.6 which are between the two in terms of tightness.

Really sorry for anyone that is having troubles and we want to make sure everyone is nothing but in love with their tanks so we really do want to help anyone who might be having troubles.

Got the colored tubes back up for the 19mm and 25mm tanks. Only under the tubes only right now but will get it added to the complete tanks and other tubes we offer as time permits.

We changed things a little on how to order the colored tubes. Now instead of having to refer to the colors then selecting the desired tube each tube will have a color chart on its purchase page and the dropdown will let you select the tube you want.

In the next few days I will be getting this set up on all of the tubes we have and also adding back in the cut to size tubes along with the color selector. We also added "Mystery" tubes for anyone that wants a surprise they can leave it up to the girls to choose something, you can leave notes on the checkout for them if you want to offer direction, for the "Pick A Color" tubes you will have to leave a note as to what colors you want or the order will be refunded if they cannot contact you.

Nice changes on how to pick a tube, OCD.

I have sort of become a voluntary consultant for IBTanks info on ECF. I must get several PM's a week from members requesting help with choosing which tank or cartomizer to choose from. I should be on your payroll as a customer consultant. :D (Just joking)

Anyway, I don't know if the problem is with your website, or with certain web browsers, but the option for the step-by-step pick a tube, pick the endcaps at the bottom of the home page is getting the following error message:

"404 - Category not found

More than just a few people have been experiencing this. I've tried myself, obviously, and got the above message. I'm using Google Chrome as my browser, and I believe the other people were, too. The pull down menu's all seem to work fine, so I just have people order via that method. The problem is if someone wants a custom color tube there's no way to order one from the pull down menu.

But like I said, I don't know if the above error thing is originating from your website or it's a specific web browser issue.

What size tank matchs a ProVari best? What all do I need to order to make a complete tank? Thanks!

Below are some images of the 19mm diameter IBTanks on Provari's. The 25mm tank will function fine on a Provari if you need the extra juice capacity, but there will be some overhang appearance-wise. You now have the option from the pull down menu to order a complete tank.

The first image above shows the XL and standard length tanks together. The XL will require a Smoktech or Boge XL cartomizer; the standard will require a standard length Boge cartomizer.

The other three pics show the XL length tanks.

I just looked at that Bad and it was an out of date link as we had changed things and not updated it. I think I have fixed the link on the tube part now to go to the carto tubes section.

We most certainly do appreciate you helping folks not only in finding us but with their education into vaping as a whole. I am the same way in being eager to spread the word that helps smokers get away from that part of their lives. I was a 37 year smoker myself and was blown away by how easy it was to make the switch even using the typical n00b gear we all start out with. Seems just about everyone is the same when first switching in that we want something that looks and tastes like a cigarette but then after a short time when we realize how much money we are no longer spending on them the bug hits and looking for something better kicks in, the whole looks and tastes like a cigarette goes out the window and we have a new addiction :D At least this one feel so much better though and even with some sizable purchases along the way still ends up much cheaper than the old one.

jpf, sorry we have never done any coupon codes. We really are operating on the thinnest of margins so every purchase is discounted if you consider what we provide and the price we provide it at. I am kind of a simple person in that I never cared for the marketing buzz type stuff like $9.99 is better than $10.00, to me they are both ten dollars so why not mark it so? Thats why you will only see rounded numbers on our site. This is the same feeling I have about the codes, much like grocery store cards I would rather see the best price up front and everyone get it.

All thats not to say we wont have some kind of sales in the future. As we get into things where our own volume allows us to offer a better deal we certainly will.

ETA*** Oh, forgot to mention, again Bad we do appreciate you helping folks out and I have seen where you posted to folks that I am not allowed to respond to questions directed to IBTanked or our products in most of the ECF forum. I cant tell you how tough it is to see things and not be sure if I can reply. Sometimes I do just roll the dice and offer the reply like one post where there was a comment about our prices having been raised. I can understand the forums reasoning for restricting what we can post and where to keep vendors from spamming all over the forum because some folks dont know quite how to police themselves. Any thanks again to you and all of the other folks who keep things going so the next person who comes along gets good advice in making sure their own attempt to quit smoking has the greatest chance of success.

Your fingers dont look wrinkly to me Ocelot... nice demonstration there, one thing I would say is when pushing a carto through a cap always back the cap up that might come out ;) I always grab the cap rather than the glass tube. If you do that you will never spill a drop.

I usually don't spill any drops at all, although I did in the video. I was going as fast as I could trying to match the Jeopardy theme, but I just couldn't do it.
