I got curious about a month back..
I remember trying one last years and feeling it linger in my lungs and the energy drop it gave me,plus just that bleh feeling...

So what do i do,i get curious to see if it will do it again..
It did!! Only worse this time. LOL

So my curious days of what a lung hog feels like are over for good..

None.
I spent about 2 1/2 weeks doing both--mainly to make sure to ween myself off all the other stuff in the smokes that I'd been taking in.
This was prolly about a week and 1/2 longer than necessary as I allowed myself 1 analog in the AM and one in the PM and I skipped several of the PM ones.

Ultimately the hardest part of finally calling it quits was psychological--it was like breaking up with a girlfriend.
My Marlboros had been there for me for 30+ years, through thick and thin, good times and bad and I was never going to have one again.
I had to force myself to finish that last pack, which I did for "old times sake".

With my eliquids though I've been able to taste the TRUE flavors of tobaccos. Much better tasting and smelling (now that I can do both again) than the chemically contaminated excuses for tobacco I had been smoking.

Haven't had a cig in almost a year---NOT ONE.

Oh and my wife still smokes a pack a day so there's always one available.

Have had 1 cigarette since last Saturday. 0 since Wednesday. In all my time vaping I cannot really put a number on complete total, though I have bought 2 packs in the past ~2 months and it was because I had dirty cotton in my two go to RDAs and I was too lazy to change it and/or too busy to make it by my b&m to have it changed.

On a conscious track to not smoking anymore though, as of Wednesday, though not beating self up if I slip. :)

not for over a year, and my vapes gotten to the point that a smoke would be quite the downgrade, not counting the health issues. Plain and simple, one can learn to vape that would make a smoke snuff itself out of total embarrassment and shame. Not even $100 cigar can compete with most the gear I use.

And something else, when my batt dies because I didn't change it out, or run out of juice, I never get that panic feeling like one gets jonesing for a smoke. It's like, bummer, would love to vape, but damn, batts down. Not, damn, get the frak out of my way, I GOT TO VAPE FRAKIT!!!
