I have 2 1/2 liter of 100mg nic in the freezer. And since I got the Kanger Subtank mini I am down to 6mg/ml on my juice. My calculations lead me to believe that will last about 6-8 years. I have 6 rebuildable tanks, that I got here on the classifieds. I only buy battery replaceable/regulated mods and have 4. So, I consider myself all set. We should always be able to buy batteries, wire, PG, VG, flavorings and cotton as they are used for many other things. I am betting that the juice will be our major problem in the future. Until people realize just how much less harmful e-cigs are. Although, I am glad to see Blu and Vuse getting such good publicity, it will make vaping more acceptable to the general public. And I would not be surprised if juice was sold in prepackaged sealed units with only 3 or so different potentcies. And of course, TAXED heavily to make up for lost cig revenue. WE must pay for our bad habit!

Maybe I'm a noob but how can they ban this stuff and not ban Regular Tobacco products? Is it fear of the unknown health issues down the line or what?

This may help explain:
Part 2:

These groups will help keep everyone in the loop about what is going on:

There are several groups that are doing good work to help keep vaping from being banned.

Please join CASAA if you care about keeping this a viable alternative to smoking. It is free and you will make a difference. The more voices we have, the louder we become and the less chance of them being able to ignore us.

Not ban, but tax nicotine so it would be more expensive to vape than to smoke. Maybe also some restrictions/taxes on hardware. Singapore banned everything related to vaping, but it's Singapore.

I got enough muji unbeached cotton to last about twenty years.

Why ?. After seeing how much people are selling this stuff on ebay, and after finding a source who only sells it as a cosmetic product for £1.95 per pack (140 pads) compared to about £5 for 10 pads on ebay, i fugured they may go out of stock because of high demand, i bought all this in case they do.

Got about half a mile of Kanthal wire too ranging from 24g to 32g, because it's what i needed at the time. I'd buy 50 metre spools at a time.

Now that's hardcore - I love it!

You are all giving me some good ideas. If I only had a thicker wallet.
I need to get into DIY so I can get all these goodies for juice as well.
As money permits, I need more box-mods and tanks. Only 2 of each right now. Not good. Need more cotton, kanthal and ni200.
I got some good deals on the classifieds here at ECF. And in the co-ops. There are some good things on Ebay. Good luck.

Do you stock up "just in case"?
Absolutely. I started within a few weeks of making the switch to vaping almost two years ago. The most critical item is nic base. I've got about 20 years worth in the freezer and I keep adding to it.

I have enough mods and tanks, as I tend to buy them regulary, also don't see this as a problem when the TPD hits, Mods will still be available as they are not part of the TPD, tanks you can get easily from abroad.....
But I did stock up on nic base (4 liters of 36mg, might add a liter or 2 later on), that will be the hardest to get after may 1st.

Where did you get the Muji cotton? I promise I won't buy all the rest :)

Why are you all getting 36mg nic?
Because it takes up less space in the freezer than a lower concentration would.

I use 3mg typically do will I be able to dilute that down to 3 when I mix my own juice?
I'm certainly not going to vape the 100mg I have in my freezer straight up. :)

The higher the nic level, the less space it will take to store. I typically buy 48 mg/ml base but I bought a liter of 100 mg/ml for long term storage in my freezer. It would have taken 2 liters at 48 mg to have the same amount of nicotine.

Yes, you will be able to dilute it. You really need to buy nic base at least a bit above the final nic level you want in your juice so you can accurately mix the juice. If you want 3 ml/mg juice and you have 3 mg/ml base, if you then add 15% flavoring the juice will be less than 3 mg. To make matters worse, if your nic base is 50/50 PG/VG and you want to make a 70/30 mix either way you'll also need to add either PG or VG to get what you want and the nic level will go down again.

I use the juice mixing calculator eJuice Me Up. That lets you input all the ingredient details and it tells you how much of each to add to get what you want.

My nicotine supply is increasing with alarming speed.
About six months ago I put 1.5 L of 100 mg nic in my freezer. At that time I vaped 5 ml/day of 12 mg juice. So, I had a 7-years supply of nic in my freezer. Then I switched to 10 mg, 9 mg, and about two weeks ago - to 8 mg nic juice (and the same 5 ml/day). So, my nic in a freezer became 10 years supply. A few days ago I found out that 8 mg is a bit too much for me, so I diluted everything in half and now vaping 4 mg juice. So far it's good. And in just 2 weeks my nicotine stack doubled and reached 20 years mark. I am afraid to think what will come next...

Simple. Vape no-nicotine juice and you'll have an infinite supply of nicotine! Can't believe nobody's thought of it before! (lol)

I unintentionally stocked up, but now I'm pretty glad I did. Could probably go a year or more without buying anything (VG, PG, nicotine, or flavorings) as long as my gear holds up. And I have "backups on backups" anyway.
