With the atty its time consuming with the need for refilling the cart so often, That why I and allot of others use cartomizers. They last allot longer between refills so less hassle. If you want to try a new juice before you fill up a carto just drip 4 drops on the atty and use a blank cart or Mouth piece then vape it until the vapor decreases and add a few more drops and vape again. I only use the atty to test juices, if I like it I put in in a cartomizer.

Yep, a little learning curve, but very straight forward. The white filling is only good for trying carts out, not long term use. Using foam filling will hold 0.5 ml, maybe 1 hr vaping, goodtime's solution BreezEsmokes - Premium Electronic Cigarettes with foam will double that. That is still half your 2 ml DCC, but you won't waste juice.
I used some KR808 cartos with another kit. The prefilled cartos that came with worked ok, also only about 1/2 ml of juice, an hour. I tried refilling them, did not work well.
As wyojoe said, you can try smaller 1 ml cartos, in which case the most juice lost with dead carto is 1 ml. The smaller the cart/carto container, the less juice it holds and more refills. It's a give and take. Try a new "Carto wasting juice?" thread to catch carto user's eyes. Maybe they have solutions for not wasting juice?
You know what's funny? Cart users are sometimes treated by other vapers the same way ANTz treat smokers. I kind of like the rebel image, why we (some of us) smoked to begin with.

Cotton? NO! I think cotton can burn, definitely the YUCK taste. I'm curious...how did the few puffs you get from cart taste, enough flavor? And how long does your 2 ml carto usually last you, to get an idea your vaping style?

My first few from the cart (with my own stuffing) werent bad, but I wasnt holding it at the proper angle, that probably would have helped! I really cant say how long my cartos last because I have to keep them really WET! I top off at the 6ish drops point, Im guessing thats about (I dont even know how to judge without counting!) 15 REALLY HEAVY draws!

Only 15 draws? I would think more, not questioning you. Let me ask a different way (I'm learning about carto use too) - how long before you have to top off, 1 hr, 2 hrs? As I said, 1 0.5 ml cart lasts me 1 hr, moderate draws, haven't counted how many either, but will...I once counted prefilled carto puffs to prove/disprove advertising.
Btw, some folks use carts at home and cartos on the go, may work for you if you turn out to like carts.

Ive done the counting for that too (rebel!)! I guess with moderate to heavy vaping, I top those 6ish drops off about every hour. Ive been meaning to begin my day with a soaked carto, fill a three ml bottle and see where I am by the end of the day. Its really hard for me to know how much im using. I kinda got an idea when trying out that STUPID (in my case, nobody take offence please!) Ce2 the other day, I probably went through a bit more than three ml, but I didnt feel that good either!

Dripping has a better flavor, juice last a lot longer, a little bit bothersome on the road to drip
My kit came with carts you fill so now I have been using them, no awful taste or anything, but sure is easy to go through a lot more juice when your not having to constantly drip. It comes down to your personal choice
Carts are like using a cone on some units, it only matters how you like it. If not...DRIP ON!

Back already, quick sandwich. Like that dancing banana so I'll reply to this one. Yeah, I hang around a lot, learn from others and always like to welcome those newer than me in the New Members Forum. I go on excavations everyday to dig up buried posts. Some folks start a thread with questions at an inopportune time and it gets buried. Most people only look at newer posts, so I bump neglected threads up to top. Plus, I just have so much to say.
Levitas has 4,000 posts in 4 or so months, takes the cake!Seems like I vape more than you do, between 5 mls and 10, 6 mg though. Guessing each cart = .5 ml, I fill 10 carts x 2 each day but only vape 16 or so. The part important to you...no wasted juice. You might be able to get by on 10 cart-fulls a day. But, dual coil burns more juice and is more flavor, so?
Cartos: I had some 808 prefilled as mentioned, was going through 4 a day, figure they were .5 - .8 ml each. When they dried, I took off the plug and dripped in 10 - 20 drops, was experimenting. Some didn't get enough, others poured through batt end. Tried blowing through air hole, most juice came out, still no flavor. They might have needed cleaning, but I didn't feel like boiling them. Still have 30 or so in closet, maybe one day. I looked around for carto cleaning while trying carts with foam, stuck with cart. And there's the story.
