DOA Clearos??

Can these come that way? I judt opened my 4th clearo and filled and I get nothing when I press the button on my x2 ( the little hiss u get) but the other 3 are working fine. When I try sucking into it it's like sucking on a straw with a chunk of fruit stuck in it no air what so ever. Any recommendations on trying to make it work or should I contact CS. I just recieved this one friday with 3 others. The 3 that are working are from a previous purchase .

Try pulling the post down inside of it just a touch. If that doesn't work, call customer support or send them an email tonight

I had one like that in my first clearo order thought my eyeballs were going down to my socks. I checked it out and found out the air slots had never been machined in the post where the clearo meets the battery. SI shipped me another the next day. Take a look and see if those air channels are where they should be, compare it to one that works properly. If they're missing, it'll be obvious.

Thanks awesum and Mr. Outlaw Will try both things. Had to LOL at the eyeball statement cause that was me before I thought hey dummy why don't you see if it's making noise
