Thanks for the info! Cool dripping mod there too.

But those dripping tanks...are they AS good as dripping? Or just "almost" as good but worth it because of the convenience?

I think what your looking for is the Reo mods Tony I dont have one personally but folks that do say its like dripping but with a tank

IMHO - they're "almost" as good. Convenience depends on which RDA you get, as some have a small (1 to 2mm well) and some don't.

I'm just fiddling with a V9 RDA from Fastech. It has a small well that can hold about 6 to 8 drops. Coil is 2.0ohm fired up at about 4.5 volts. It produces alot of vape, flavor is just a hair muted and TH is lacking a bit when I compare it against a Vapage SR 510 Hybrid atty.

I'm no RDA guru though. I'm sure there are RDA's built-up with a micro-coil that can rival a high-end 510 atty.

I still drip with 510 attys and twist batts. Its simple and cost affective.
That's been my setup for the last 14 months.

If my Mini Reo could magically turn into a variable voltage device, that is what I would use.
Or if someone would make one of those 4.8 volt NiMH batteries in the 14500 size, that would work too.

I'm a recent convert to bottom feeders too. Currently using the VMOD XL. It's like dripping for sure, but upside down. Little tilt of the device, little squeeze of the bottle and it feeds liquid into the atty ready to be vaped.

I also drip a regular 510 atomizer on a spinner and an IGO-L RDA on an APV

Oh man the lingo has changed over the years. I have no idea what that means lol.

So there are devices that you can hit a button and it drips for you, or something like that? Is it ACTUALLY as good as direct dripping? Can someone link me to a product like that?

And forgot to quote the other person, but I will join that drippers group.

Right here: http://www.reosmods.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=11

There is a mechanical version and a variable voltage version. You can purchase the Reomizer 2.0 which is a bottom feed rebuildable atomizer modified specifically for the Reo (and one of the best dripping attys I've ever used). You can also use standard bottom feed atomizers. Empire mods sells a 1.5 ohm bottom feed dripper that works great on the Reo.

Been dripping ever since I started vaping. Tried cartos (blech), vivi tanks (no flavor and I can't commit to a juice for that long), and more recently, an IGO-L RBA.

I love the looks and concept behind the RDA's but I just can't get into the flavor. I can build a solid 1.5 Ohm coil on the IGO-L all day long, but it just doesn't hold the flavor like a plain ol' throw-away 510 (or 901). Flavor is great at first, but after vaping, say, 3mL on the coil, the flavor is gone and I'm basically getting the taste of pure VG/PG.

I'd love to move on to using the IGO-L exclusively as I recently tied onto a Super T ELA mech that just screams for a nice low-Ohm coil build. Until I get the flavor issue solved, ready-made 510's and a kick are where I'm at.

Any ideas on the IGO-L????

I love dripping. That was the first delivery method I really enjoyed. I do use vivi nova tanks now mostly but sometimes I want a change in flavor & then I'll do some dripping. Also I build my dripping attys with ss mesh so it's just a different experience than using silica wick & when I want that I'll use a dripper.
