Does anyone have evidence that e cigs are healthier than cigs based on personal experience or data?

I quit analogs and went to vaping, deciding to tough it out. The first week was tougher than anticipated. I'm three weeks in, and I don't regret it. Not one cig, and I don't want to ever touch an analog again. I don't cough in the morning, I can smell better, I can breathe better. I feel better. I sleep less, I have more energy. Wife's happier. Not everyone understands the difference, but that's my personal choice. Not particularly overjoyed at what the EU just passed, and I can foresee myself having to stock up on a doomsday supply of ejuice sometime soon. I only wish I had made the switch sooner. I had purchased a 510 setup 3 years ago, played with it, and set it aside, only to pick it up 3 weeks ago. I upgraded after a week, which sealed my fate to vaping. As soon as I stop buying equipment, the budget will be happier too...:)

We all know that e cigs are theoretically healthier than real cigs, but not many official data exist to support this. There are some obvious benefits to vaping, such as decreased odor, better taste sensation, and less "second hand smoke". But I want to know if those of you who has been vaping for a long time has seen actual health benefits? Such as increased lung capacity, a more clean lung (a guy showed an X ray on Youtube), lower blood pressure, or other bodily data from health examinations? thanks

Well, I'm 51 and my blood pressure is back down where it was when I was in college. That count?

(In fact, just found the little bp widget. 95/65 right now. Be interesting to see what the doctor has to say when he sees that. :) )

There is plenty of medical evidence showing that Vaping is safer then smoking cigarettes.
But to add on with personal experience. I bought my first E-cig about three weeks ago. I didn't intend to quit smoking as I have been smoking for 43 years this Summer. And have tried to quit many many many times. Wellbutrin, Chantix, Nicotine Gum, Patches, Lozenges, Inhalers, the works.
Absolutely nothing worked. The Chantix actually resulted in a 50% increase in tobacco use. Until I learned to hide the Chantix pack from site, because every time I saw it, I thought about smoking.

So I bought an eGo with a CE4 clearo when I went to the tobacco shop to buy my monthly supply of loose tobacco and tubes on my last visit. To try out. No plans on trying to quit.
Overnight I was only smoking two or three cigarettes a day. The urge was completely replaced immediately by the eGo.

In just three weeks my blood pressure has dropped.
My lungs are significantly clearer. No more whistle deep in my lungs. I can now climb, actually run, up three flights of stairs without being out of breath (not insignificant as I'm 54, weigh 285 lbs and have had six stents placed in my chest after a heart attack in 2007).
And I get approached when I'm out in public reading by pretty young women who want to know what the hell this thing is that smells like Mountain Dew (or Espresso, depending on my mood).
